This was an amazing experience! Firstly our server, Mizen, was the best. I can't imagine serving food & drinks in the complete darkness. Initially I was a little apprehensive walking into the blackness, but it was actually pretty cool. The room was quite quiet, just other patrons who were quietly speaking to each other, & some light music. Food was delicious. I had the scallops appetizer & a steak. Not gonna lie, I ended up eating with my fingers. I made a valiant effort to use a knife & fork but just couldn't make it work. This is a very unique experience & I highly recommend it. An experience of a lifetime! Dark it is & you cannot see your hand in front of you face. Sophia our server was wonderful & food was delicious especially the surprise dessert. Your other senses will kick in especially hearing. It is not likely any louder than any other restaurant but you can hear conversations then as more people arrive it does become louder but it was not distracting to us as we enjoyed the smells & tastes of the food provided. I would highly recommend. Thank you Gabriel & Sophia for wonderful service!
An absolutely incredible experience! Dining in complete darkness was something unforgettable. The food was delicious, & I loved that there were the dishes a surprise ( & not listed on the menu) which made it even more exciting & mysterious. You're not only eating in the dark, but you also don't know what's on your plate! Really fun! I highly recommend choosing the surprise menu. Everyone should try a restaurant like this at least once in their life.
Dinner at O Noir was the highlight of our 3-day trip to Montreal! We both elected for the surprise 3-course menu, as well as surprise drinks. We expected the novelty of the experience of dining in pitch black, though there were fun additional aspects we hadn't thought about. But we didn't really know what the quality of the food itself would be...which was absolutely AMAZING! & really well-tailored to the dine-in-the-dark experience. Highly recommended for any kind of special occasion.
What an unforgettable experience! We went to O'Noir as a family & it was truly one of the most unique dining experiences we've ever had. Dining in complete darkness really heightens your senses & makes you appreciate food in a whole new way.
The staff were absolutely amazing, kind, professional & incredibly impressive. We were especially moved by the visually impaired team members who guided us with such confidence & care. The food was delicious, & the whole experience left a lasting impression on all of us. Highly recommend if you're looking for something different & meaningful.

It was a fascinating experience eating in total darkness. The food portions were pretty large & tasted good. Our server, Sammy, was very helpful & attentive. I highly recommend coming here at least once for the unique experience.
We had an absolutely incredible experience at this restaurant! Dining in complete darkness is something I highly recommend for people to try. We ordered the surprise menu items including surprise mocktails. The flavours of the food & drinks were top notch & the portions were large & filling. Sammy our server, was friendly & did everything he could to make our experience wonderful! He gave clear directions & did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. It was an overall amazing experience & I can't wait to do it again!
this is such a unique experience, everyone should do it at least once in their lives! The meal heightens your other senses & encourages you to communicate with your dining partner & the staff. I highly recommend asking for surprises for food & beverages, within your dietary restrictions!

This was an absolutely incredible experience! After working for almost 25 years with adults & children with different disabilities, it was amazing to experience first hand the realities that some people face. We are so lucky to have our vision. Gabriel & Fe made this an unforgettable evening. We both Loved our appetizer & dessert, & felt our mains were just ok in comparison (but still good). Highly recommend this restaurant!
All I can say is.. if you visit Montreal, you MUST eat here! Prior to our visit I did read some reviews & yes it is a bit chilly inside so make sure you're dressed warm enough so you can enjoy, thankfully I was prepared as I hate being cold. I have to say, it was a different but amazing meal experience. We both order four course meal each which I highly recommend. Our server Fey did a great job guiding us & serving us. Me & my husband had a great time there with unforgettable life changing experience. I'm glad my husband brought me here, smart choice he did!
This really is a unique experience. Taking the term "blind tasting" to a whole new level. We were very impressed by everything, start to finish. We did not decide to go with surprise meals. Everything we ordered was delicious. We were both excited for our desserts, but when they arrived, it was the "surprise" option & not the dishes we had selected. We didn't mention it because we felt it would be rude. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Visiting from Ontario, loved our experience here! Sammi was our server & was fantastic. The whole experience was very inclusive & accessible, staff were all very welcoming & friendly, food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Very, very cute wine bar with a cozy inside & a nice, spacious outdoor seating area. I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty the cheeseburger was! Highly recommended.
Amazing experience & delicious food! I had been about 10 years ago so I decided to bring my teenaged children this time. Wow - the food has improved dramatically. Everything we had was absolutely delicious! & our server was fast & efficient. It was a really fun night out. I would highly recommend it!
