I was followed by someone for a while while walking back home late at night & came in this bar for safety & the staff was super helpful, gave me a glass of water & led me trough the back door so I could get back on my way home safely! You guys made my night so much better! Will definitely come back for an actual drink!
Sorry but we were underwhelmed by NYCS. We stopped in on a Friday & sat at the bar. We were told we'd have to leave in a short while as the bar seats were reserved. That's was new to us. We quickly ordered calamari & drinks. While the beer was good, the wine glass had at most 3 ounces. & when the calamari came, it was flavorful but tough. We bolted never to return.

Sat at the airport most of the day yesterday, only to have my flight cancelled around 11 pm. NEEDED a cocktail when I got to the hotel, but most places were closed. Found NYKS, & was able to enjoy a couple to help me relax. Bartender was nice after I struck up a conversation. Would recommend any time.
Absolutely awesome! It's one of the coolest restaurants/bars I've ever been to. The space was super clean & inviting. The Duck Confit salad was incredible, as were all the beers we had. Staff were generally friendly. They were super quick & attentive. Will definitely be back next time I am back in Montreal
Their food is fantastic for a hang out bar. Went for preshow drinks, had their lobster roll, it was sizeable, the fries were crispy. Everyone else enjoyed their meal as well. It is a bit loud but we had a booth & we were able to talk. Probably want to make reservations if possible next time

Wow, un vrai bistro pub avec des vrais prix de bistro pub & ce même si c'est ultra downtown. Service d'Audrey & Max au bar power rapide & très cordial. Le gravlax est généreux & frais tout comme la salade de canard. Incroyable d'avoir trouvé un endroit aussi chouette dans un Cartier Des Spectacles aussi surpeuplé. Merci gang !
This small but elegant bar, had great music, professional & friendly staff. The food was excellent. We ordered the fish & chips & a lamb sausage poutine. I highly recommend this restaurant bar! It has a great deal very large & great selection of alcohol as well!

Amazing food, nice cosy bistro bar with a nice variety of beers, friendly staff always very thoughtful of customers. You definitely need to stop by here for a very good time
Small bar area (less than 10 spots), good service, food & prices not so much... I had a tough dry deer burger, which did not tasted fresh, maybe re- grilled.
Très bel endroit pour un 5@7 sans chichi, l'ambiance est bonne, les drinks sont bien faits & il y a plusieurs choix de bières. Carte des vins juste assez diversifiée. Personnel fort sympathique, surtout Marie qui est derrière le bar. J'ai été un peu déçue de la salade de canard confit (canard sec & grelots pas assez cuites) mais le reste des ingrédients était vraiment frais & la vinaigrette délicieuse alors on va mettre ça sur le compte qu'il se faisait tard pour un soir de semaine🤭. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!
Great restaurant/ bar, very friendly staff who were attentive throughout the night. Got the french onion soup, mussels, & bison burger. Everything was delicious, except the burger which was so dry I couldn't eat more than half. Bit disappointed but overall a good experience.
