J'y ai mangé un des meilleurs burgers que j'ai goûté! Le décor nous donne l'impression de revivre la fin des années 70, ambiance très intéressante, bonne musique, très bon service.

Updated 2025: I just had the best burger in town by accident. The fries smelled delicious but I decided it would be worth the full meal. The meat was so well spiced, juicy & thick patty on nice buttery brioche buns, & fantastic crispy fries. I usually can't finish the fries & take them home for bad leftovers but this time I cleaned the plate. $7 margaritas special on Mondays drew me in but I stayed for food & left with a bill just under $50 all said & done, happy & full. Grand slam, compliments to the chef.

Original 2017 review: Great music, simple drinks, no fuss dive. Five stars.

Oh hell yeah! Want to eat till you burst? You won't be dissapointed when you order the waffle, the crêpe, the meat, the burger... & the people there? They are in love with their job. I can help it to praise them! Service > = Food

Boy oh boy what a burger! I read somewhere that this place had 1 burger on the menu & it was a burger everyone needed to try & I can confirm that it was a really really good burger. Perfectly seasoned, one of the best burgers I've had in Montreal & I've tried many at some of the top burger joints across Montreal.

Located on Bernard/Parc, a.k.a. the epicentre of hipsterdom, Nouveau Palais, stands proudly amongst more, shall we say, facelifted businesses, as a pillar of sentimentality to ‘what once was’ &, more importantly, as a pleasantly unpretentious, low-key, little den of homestyle cookin’ (with cocktails).
