This is a good restaurant to eat if you're craving chinese food. The service & employees was great & the portions are more than enough. Service was fast. Im a student & price wise, it's not too expensive.

There is a dining area, so you can eat in, just don't expect anything fancy. Nobody goes here for the decor. It's always crowded & noisy. Every square inch shows the wear this place gets from being full all the time.
I usually just do takeout. It takes a few minutes for them to prepare your order. During that time, you get to hang out in the very cozy little waiting area with lots of nice folks.
But the food rocks, portions are good, & the prices are very reasonable.
If you happen to be with a group, with some preferring burgers, Nouilles Star is just around the corner from Picks. How cool is that?
The food here is cheap & the portion size is huge for the price. Easily value for money. I tried the thai chicken fried rice, general tao chicken, & peanut butter dumplings. Dumplings can be skipped, the wrapper was just too thick & chewy. But the chicken & fried rice were good. Service is fast, & it was easy to get a table.
Nouilles Star is hands down one of the best spots for noodle lovers! The atmosphere is cozy & casual, with a modern twist that makes it perfect for any occasion. The staff is friendly & attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The noodles are the star of the show - perfectly cooked, flavorful, & served in generous portions. I especially loved their [mention a favorite dish, if any] - the balance of spices & textures was on point. Plus, their broths are rich & comforting, just like you'd expect from an authentic noodle house. If you're craving delicious, fresh noodles, Nouilles Star is the place to be. Can't wait to go back for another bowl!
Locale un po' spartano e casereccio nei modi e per l'ambiente intorno, però il cibo é spaziale, tutto buonissimo e porzioni molto abbondanti. Rapporto qualità (e quantità) prezzo ottimo e molta scelta sul menù.
The food was good. I didn't think it was the best but my family enjoyed it. This is my second time visiting so there is a reason I came back. I remember loving it more the first time I visited but it might have been what I purchased the first time. Overall, it was good. Staff are friendly & helpful.
La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse - des saveurs authentiques, bien présentées, avec une belle variété de plats. On sent que la cuisine est faite avec soin & qualité.
En revanche, l'accueil laisse à désirer. Les serveurs ne sourient jamais, & on a un peu l'impression de les déranger en posant des questions ou en commandant. C'est dommage, car ça crée une ambiance froide qui contraste avec la chaleur des plats.
Je me suis demandé si cela faisait partie de leur culture, car ce n'est pas la première fois que je remarque ce genre d'attitude dans certains restos asiatiques. Peut-être une différence culturelle sur la manière de servir ? Quoi qu'il en soit, un petit sourire changerait vraiment l'expérience client.
I ordered dinner over the phone & came to pick up, service at the counter was good & staff were kind. While waiting for my food I could see into the kitchen where things seemed very messy. When I went home with my food, I realized the beef in my Vietnamese noodle soup was off. The beef had a visible green shiny film & a fishy odour… also my wontons were not satisfactory (small & not well made).

Ce restaurant chinois propose des repas avec une quantité généreuse ! Les repas sont bons.
Le service y est agréable.
Petit point négatif, le sol y était assez sale quand nous nous sommes installés à table, ce qui est déplaisant.
