Fresh & delicious noodle dishes made on the spot. The noodles are chewy & have a nice texture. They have many different types of noodles you can choose from. The place is small but there are several seats. The service is quick & the staff is nice.
Great little family type noodle place. I had gone after seeing a recommendation from a montreal food reviewer. Glad I made the detour. Tasty. Not overly salted. Reasonable price. Friendly multilingual service.
Authentique! On s'y sent comme en Chine. Absolument délicieux à chaque fois. Je recommande.
The food was good, the service was quick & the server was super nice & friendly 10/10 would recommend. The noodles are made by hand in front of you too which definitely makes it all the better!
Service impeccable, cuisine savoureuse & ambiance chaleureuse. Les nouilles, préparées devant nous à l'ancienne, ajoutent une touche authentique & conviviale qui rend l'expérience inoubliable.
Noodle dishes were delicious which tasted better than the Mtl Chinatown noodle house. Excellent service by the server. Plan to return to try different food in the menu.
La nourriture est excellente & les employés sont merveilleux. Merci pour votre savoir faire.
This place is awesome 👌 fresh noodles any size you want. very tasty & great staff. I'm coming back
I love their noodles. Especially their mini brochette. To top it off, super service. Will go back again.
Sooo delicious! Everything I've tried has been great, I particularly recommend the biang biang & the cucumber salad. Lamb & cumin skewers are also really excellent. The staff is friendly, & we are regulars for a reason!
The most amazing food & service on the south shore, deserves anyone coming to try it a bit.
'The food was decent, but the restaurant was extremely hot, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness left something to be desired, which raised concerns about hygiene.'
I love their hand made noodles, particularly their Tan Tan noodles. Service is great & fast thanks to their QR code that let's you order. The place is small but good enough for this neighborhood. Pricing is pretty fair.
All hail the mighty gluten! Great little noodle joint. The noodles are made fresh & offer 7 types of thickness & cuts.
The fresh braids of wheat flour offer chewy noodles & the kitchen generously fill your bowl with carby delight & flavourful broths (a regular size is usually enough although a large is not impossible to finish). We love the triangle & thick noodles. The cooking of the thick noodles is not always consistent (sometimes overcooked) but they have the triangle noodle cooking down pack. Personally, the triangle ones offer the greatest slurpping experience as they gently glide into your mouth with maximum surface to soup/flavour ratio without splashing as much as the other noodles. Call it efficient SLURPaerodynamic. Extra points for the great lip & mouth feel because of the extra ridges in the triangle cut.
I suspect there is a good amount of MSG because I am quite thirsty after eating there but it does not stop me from going back.
The meat to noodle ratio is not the greatest for the traditional bowl (beef slices) but it is acceptable for the braise pork or the chicken coconut broth ones.
The eggs are very forgettable & we only take them for extra protein.
Side dishes:
spicy cucumber one is not that spicy at all & the cucumber is crunchy & gives a refreshing experience.
The edamame is great too & fun to eat. Good depth with the preserved greens in it.
The potatoe sliver salad is our favorite though. Not bad balance of soft & crunchy but could be crunchier. Good taste.
Seaweed: beware. It is very potent & a bit hard to eat (loooog strands). So it you do not like sea tasting stuff or hard to pick stuff, stay away.
The mini lamb skewers are great. Too many times, I find other restaurants overdo it with the cummin not here. It is very good. 1 basket is usually not enough (although they are decently generous). Could be a bit less overcooked but not dry in any sense of it. Really like it!
Prices are right, portions are very decent, parking is easy. If it open until late, it would be a great late night fix & would consider going even more often.
Good job, Kung Fu Noodle team!
