I would like to give them 5 stars after I have been here more than 10 times. The noodles taste very authentic.Service is super fast . I can always get my order in 5-10mins after I pass my order.

However, it slightly falls short in delivering the same depth of flavor in its broth. Despite this, it stands as a commendable alternative, especially given the convenience of more accessible parking & shorter waiting times. 4 stars, a satisfactory dining option in South Shore.
Authentic Chinese noodles! Tastes exactly how they should be. The broth is very warming & delicious, & the freshly made noodles pairs perfectly well. We ordered the Braised beef (soup) & the Shanxi noodles with braised pork (dry). Both were excellent! We also had the spicy cucumber salad & seaweed salad. Both were delicious as well! We will definitely come back!
Good hand-pulled noodle restaurant. Since it was my first time there, I didn't have to order via the QR code. I was given a plastic card menu. The waitress was very patient & kind & helped us with the menu. I opted for the braised beef noodles which did not disappoint. You can choose the type of noodles you want so I took chive leaf. My friend had the Lanzhou beef noodles (triple fine noodles). Both noodle soups were great. As for appetizers, they didn't look too exciting. I tried the spicy cucumber which was OK. I recommend skipping the appetizers & just eating the noodles.
Service impeccable, on fait l'effort pour parler français. Les nouilles sont exceptionnelles & faites devant vous. Mon chum m'a renverser sa soupe sur l table & sur le plancher, & ils sont rapidement venus ramasser les dégâts en nous offrant de remplir son bol. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la courtoisie & le goût. Je vous souhaite une longue vie pour ce restaurant. Si j'ai une étoile de moins au niveau de l'ambiance, c'est que c'est plutôt un repas rapide un peu cafétéria qu'un souper en tête à tête...mais c'est propre, simple mais jolie

This is our go to for pulled noodles. The noodles are properly QQ & the broth has a nice depth. The eggs tend to be on the fully cooked side, where I would prefer a slightly runny yolk. Overall great place & definitely recommend.
Ordered the braised beef pho soup. Just fantastic. The handmade noodles are the best I have ever ate & the broth is to die for 😍. Will definitely re-order.
