Si des critiques notent des burgers parfois manquant d'assaisonnement, servis froids ou trop cuits, ou des suppléments payants comme la mayonnaise, l'expérience globale reste majoritairement positive. Beaucoup apprécient la convivialité, la possibilité de personnaliser les burgers, et des options comme des pains sans gluten ou des versions végétariennes, ainsi que la rapidité et le bon rapport qualité-prix, ce qui en fait une adresse de choix pour les amateurs de burgers.
Un bel endroit pour déguster de bons burgers dans une ambiance parfaite pour écouter un match du Canadien & voir le 50e but de Cole Caufield. Bon repas, un menu très généreux & varié, excellent service pour un groupe de 20 personnes & plusieurs jeunes d'une formidable équipe de robotique. Excellent rapport qualité/prix & à quelques minutes à pied des hôtels près de l'aéroport & des hangars de Bombardier & du lieu de la compétition de First robotique Québec édition 2026.
Food was great.
If you're looking for a sloppy greasy burger that you'll need to wash your hands, face & probably everything else in between after finishing... This is your place.
I've had a bunch of their burgers & haven't been disappointed yet.

I've been coming to Notre Boeuf de Grâce since it first opened, & it continues to impress me every single time. The service is always amazing 🤩 friendly, attentive, & welcoming. You really feel taken care of from the moment you walk in.
The food is just as incredible as ever 😋consistently delicious & full of flavor. It's clear they take pride in what they serve, & it shows in every dish.
After all these years, it's still one of my favorite spots. Highly recommend!😍💝
Really disappointed when I was debating getting Wendy's or stopping & eating here & ending up stopping here. Sadly I did not enjoy, I got the'OG' classic.. nothing OG about that burger, there was way too much bun & it wasnt soft. It tasted like it sat on the counter for a couple hours. The meat was tough & chunky. Not sure what happened but I do not recommend.
Nice restaurant. Every franchise location looks a just bit different but food is always good. The waitress that served us was very good. Definitely would go back again.
Commande via Uber Eats. Reçu seulement les frites & manquait les burgers. La fille a tout mis ça sur le dos du livreur Uver Eats, il a oublié un sac. Pourtant, la responsabilité incombe au restaurant à s'assurer que la commande est complète. Aucune aide de sa part.

We came for dinner, as a group of 6, our waiter came to see us two times, didn't even come & ask how our food was. We ordered two grilled cheeses & they came with cottage cheese after us asking for it to be removed, & we were forced to tip & when asked about it, the waiter simply answered'it is how it is'. So I would definitely not recommend or come back here.

Jan 2026 - It's been a while since we've been here. After looking over the extensive menu, we found that it has changed. Now the'smash' burgervis the way to go. A single patty was fine for me but the hubby had a double. For an extra charge, get that second patty. It's well worth it. The beef itself is delicious. With the lettuce, cheese, pickles & spicy sauce with fries is the best. My husband had cesar salad instead of fries. The salad, for a burger restaurant is solid.
Will I go back? Absolutely 💯
Aug 2022- The burgers are as good as ever. The 6 oz is a perfect size patty & it is served with an ample quality of fries. However, I was a bit disappointed when I asked for spicy mayo & was told there would be an extra charge. This is the first time I was ever charged for mayo with my fries. Be aware that everything is extra.
2021- Great selection of burgers. From build it yourself to excellent menu suggestions, it's the way to go.
Now that the dine in is available, it's a must.
I recently visited this restaurant & had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was fun & lively, & the staff were genuinely excellent-friendly, attentive, & quick to help with anything we needed.
Unfortunately, the food didn't quite match the quality of the service. I decided to try their Burger of the Month called The Benchmark thinking it would be a special highlight. Instead, it was a big disappointment. The burger was cold in the middle & noticeably undercooked, which really took away from the meal. The combination was not good at all. If I recall it had a maple style sauce, roquette, fior di latte & prosciutto (tasted like bacon). I might be missing some ingredients but overall not a good burger.
I still appreciate the great service & enjoyable vibe of the place, but the kitchen definitely needs to step up the execution-especially on featured items. I hope my next visit will be a better balance of good food & good service.
