Cash is not accepted, this put me off quite a bit & the staff behind the counter seem easily distracted among themselves. Coffees are good but I can get a good coffee here & there as well & pay cash for it.

Cute little cafe but was very disappointed in their smoothies. They taste a little watered down & I don't like being a difficult customer but I went back to order it with a different milk for'more flavour' but still didn't meet up to expectations. Food was good & they make great coffees.

The best café in the hood!
This place has everything you look for in any dining experience; great coffee, smoothies, matchas. The sandwiches are killers. I also love their healthy snacks & drinks. Makes it my go-to place for a quick bite or coffee.
Their service is very friendly, the owners are super nice & on top of their business which is something to admire.
Lastly, their Terrance was the cutest addition that made an already 5 starts experience evolve even more ❤?

We love going to Lily for Saturday's early morning brunch in Lily Bois Franc, it's calm, fresh & the food is absolutely delicious, thank you Lily for investing in the area we really needed it 🫶🏼

Been going for their decaf latte since they opened. Not sure what changed since last week though. Coffee is unpleasantly bitter. Staff is still pleasant & nice though.

EDIT: Thank you for being so receptive to feedback & addressing the issue. I've been back twice since, & I'm happy to report the coffee has been consistently smooth with no burnt taste. Really appreciate the improvement.

Edited back to 5 stars. Reason? Lilly can handle criticism in a healthy manner & strives for awesome customer service. A lost art.
Original review:I love this place. So why 3 stars? It should have been 5 if not for a couple of bad experiences. I usually take decaf latte. Last Sunday, i brought in a couple of friends to try the coffee. I took my usual latte & they took regular cappuccinos. All of them were so bitter, we couldn't finish them!!! I thought they had an off day & tried another latte the following day... Same thing. Bitterness to the extreme. I don't know what to think anymore. I wish them well as their neighbor & hope they will go back to their prime quality...
Btw, the staff is wonderful.

Cute & Cozy little Coffee place located in the heart of Bois Franc neighborhood. Great place for hot & cold drinks, smoothies, sandwiches & salads (similar price as Mandy's salad). They also serves delicious bakery from Ahroma. Staff are nice! The coffee shop recently added outdoor seating which is a great addition. Food & drinks are overall tasty. I wish my matcha latte can be more hot temperature (the temperature is warmer than hot compared to coffee making) & find a way to improve hot drinks timing making.
