Quand on vous demande quelle cuisson vous désirez votre boulette de steak haché dans votre hamburger vous savez que ça vas être de qualité !

Long avant de recevoir l'assiette. Pas la bonne cuisson du hamburger (trop cuit & sec). Pain sec. Innexactitude dans les commandes à ma table. Les frites étaient bonnes.

Service was inviting & friendly. We were told that we could order our meat to our preferred grill. I had the hamburger steak & specifically ordered it rare. It arrived almost well done. A good thing the delicious mushroom sauce made up for the taste. Also we were a party of four & two plates were brought to the table first & the other two were served 10 minutes later, so the four of us ate at different times. One of the plates was served with cold fries that needed to be re-ordered. Other franchises were much more preferred. The blainville location needs to be more attentive to details. Sorry

Très bien servie lors de notre passage. J'ai pris hamburger au poulet grillé, je m'attendais à une poitrine grillée, mais ce n'était pas grillé. Le poulet fondait dans la bouche, mais ce n'est pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Donc un peu déçu. Le mac & chesse ordinaire. Le hamburger de mon conjoint était excellent. Merci pour le brownies pour ma fête !

Très bon restaurant! Meilleur hamburger jamais mangé. Seule petit point négatif, les entrées sont très petit pour le prix mais très bon. Essayer les dattes enrobées de bacon, elles sont délicieuses 🤤

Nous avons commandé un hamburger & un hamburger steak & malheureusement les frites servis étaient froide & ramoli avec le temps. Nous avons avisé notre serveur Philippe qui a remédié à la situation cependant avec le délai des frites c'est notre repas principal qui est devenu froid.

The beef patty was so tasty & fresh. The price point for the size of hamburger (9 ounces) is really good. The only thing I would improve is when ordering the 9 ounces the bun should be a bit bigger but not a big issue. Our waitress was very good & kept coming back asking if we needed anything else. Overall I really liked it & liked the ambiance & look of the restaurant too.

Very slow service we ordered each a glass of wine 2 entry's & 4 hamburger steaks no bread with that should come withbread we asked for bread 2 times but still waitress said no she could have brought the hamburger bread we would have paid the extra if you wanted to charged got there at 5:30 & we needed to call the girl so we get our bills she was working in the bar section who was serving us too at our table so please work on the service because we spent $200 we will not be going there anytime soon but the food was good txs Mr delsole any question call us or email us we txs
