La nourriture était tout simplement incroyable & le service, des plus chaleureux.
Mention toute spéciale à Alexandre pour ses magnifiques découvertes & ses accords mets-vins impeccables, que je recommande vivement.
Une soirée parfaite. L'attention portée aux détails & l'approche personnalisée étaient à la hauteur de la réputation de cet établissement. La cuisine, tout comme les accords mets-vins, était réfléchie & délicieuse. Quant au service, j'ai rarement été aussi chaleureusement accueilli & servi au Québec.
Excellente première expérience de l'accueil, de l'attention portée à mes allergies, au service pour chaque service, j'ai adoré mon expérience & je vais revenir plusieurs fois dans le futur !

C'est notre troisième visite au Nord Laboratoire culinaire & nous avons été comblés comme à chaque fois. Menu succulent & le service est de haut calibre. Bravo!
Nord Laboratoire Culinaire was definitely an experience, & a unique one at that. The staff was great & extremely accommodating very good customer service 🙏🏼 The dishes were not quite what I expected, & while the culinary experience was nice, it was not completely my cup of tea. Perhaps we just visited during a month that wasn't the ideal menu style for my husband & I, as the restaurant changes its menu every month, I believe. Because of the food for us we give a 3.5 ⭐
That being said, there were some dishes we absolutely loved the volaille de veau, it was merveilleux! 🙏🏼 & the salmon over potatoes was fantastic. The Brussels sprouts were also great, though that's more a matter of personal taste, as not every one likes brussel sprouts. The petonqule really wasn't my thing, but if you enjoy that type of seafood, I'm sure you would love it. The gnocchi was good & one of the highlights for me was the sauces for each dish; even for the servings I enjoyed a little less, the sauces were amazing & really added to the dishes. I just wish there had been more beef options, especially for meat lovers. They had beef tartare, but for those who prefer their meat cooked, the choices felt a bit limited. While I understand that the monthly menu is designed to work with high-quality seasonal produce, I still felt there weren't enough meaty options.
The desserts were also good, especially the sauces, which truly made each dish shine. Thank you to Alexander & the whole staff, they were all fantastic, making the experience even more enjoyable.
That said, the restaurant itself is very cute. While some of the dishes weren't exactly to our taste, the overall experience was memorable 😍🙏🏼

Tout était simplement délicieux! Service impeccable (Alexandre) & les autres serveuses! Les plats cuisinés sont comme nulle part ailleurs! Très goûteux & savoureux, à chaque visite! Je recommande très fortement!
Excellent restaurant à découvrir & redécouvrir aux 4 semaines alors que le menu change fréquemment. Très impressionnée par la qualité des plats & du service.
Une cuisine réfléchie qui nous fait toujours vivre d'une expérience unique. Le service exceptionnel, l'ambiance & le soucis du détail font de chaque visite un moment mémorable.

3 étoiles pas pour la nourriture qui était excellente ni pour le service qui était aussi excellent , seulement pour l'accord vin / repas qui n'est pas très clair au début mais surtout qui était très ordinaire sur les choix de vin surtout pour le prix …
After going to some of the best restaurants in the world I can honestly say Nord is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I've had the pleasure of going twice & experienced two of the most well curated menus of my life. Well done
