PACKED on a Sunday. They have a great system so you can get your drinks fast then the food when its ready with a pager. Absolutely fantastic food, Italian delights of exceptional superiority. Probably the best Italian sandwiches on the island. ILL BE BACK!
Les meilleurs sandwichs. Staff toujours courtois, rapide & efficace. Un hotspot centralisé sur la rue Notre-Dame & toujours occupé, mais l'attente n'est jamais longue. Toujours très satisfait. Excellent restaurant. À ne pas manquer!!
What a great discovery. The sandwich was insane, the coffee was delicious & the pastry divine! I wish this place was closer to my place. I even spilled my drink by accident, someone backed into me, & I was about to cry because my latte was soo good & the man working there took the order & got me another one! Great service & food. I 100% recommend to everyone.
Excellent sandwich shop. Nice variety of fresh sandwiches, sides & desserts. Coffee bar is great. Shop is trendy looking & very clean. Outdoor seating available in the summer. Located next to the flower market in Lachine. Highly recommend.
I stopped by this spot for lunch & desserts, & everything was fantastic! The sandwiches were fresh, packed with flavor. The pastries were equally amazing. The oat bar was a nice balance of sweet & hearty. Friendly service & a cozy vibe made the experience even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

Wonderful restaurant! Food is absolutely tasty. Usually, these restaurants make sandwiches that drip with sauce & fall apart to say'so many flavours' but Nonnina doesn't need to do that, it's a real sandwhich with all the flavours & no mess. Highly recommend
Far & away one of the best hidden gems in Montreal. The food is always fresh & incredibly delicious. I'm a big fan of the sandwiches & would put them up there with the best in Montreal (Marchigiani for example). The coffee is very underrated & I always recommend getting one when you stop by. Finally the bakery itself, absolutely incredible!! Try the donuts, the bread, the pizza, eclairs, fruit tart it's all 🔥
During the week or on the weekend it's a must stop, chill in old Lachine with insanely good food… can't go wrong.
I have been trying to eat here for awhile but my hours never worked with theirs. Finally bought a Italian sausage sandwich with a salad for lunch & it is one of the best out there. I didn't read the ingredients so I found out quick that it was very spicy. I love spicy & hot food so really enjoyed the tasteful meal. All food is made on site & everything looked fresh making it hard to choose. I was greeted with a hello & a smile & was served with respect & courtesy which are things I note when being served by the public. I highly recommended.

First of all, there is no English menu AT ALL. This is Canada, where the national languages are both English & French so I find this completely unacceptable as an anglophone. Second of all, there is little to no accommodation for food allergies. We tried to order gluten free bread & were told there are no options at all. In 2025??? Unacceptable. There need to be accommodations for popular food allergies at busy cafes in a first-world country such as this. Sandwich was good & came out fast, but I can find places that are more accommodating.
Victime de leur popularité - Préparez-vous à attendre. Plus de 30 minutes pour un sandwich sans compter le temps en file. C'est vraiment vraiment bon par contre.
J'y suis retourné en semaine & j'ai pris la peine d'appeler pour un takeout pour éviter la file. On m'a fait savoir qu'ils ne pouvaient pas prendre une'grosse commande' parce qu'ils devraient passer la crédit au téléphone. Je me suis arrêter à un sandwich & une salade. J'ai commandé les pâtisseries que j'aurais voulu sur place une fois arrivée. Il n'y avait personne en file. Tout était très très bon mais ça me semble difficile à préparer pour emporter.

We ordered through Uber eats. Ordered 2 panini sandwiches & the parmesan truffle fries. Everything was delicious & prices were quite reasonable. Will have to try the sandwiches on focaccia next time (extra $3/sandwich).
A hidden gem in Lachine! The vibe inside it feels like you are in a little busy cafe in Italy, staff is very lovely & you can also buy some of the local italian products.
Their sandwiches are excellent & the pastries are to die for! Highly recommend getting an afogato on a hot day especially since they also make their own gelato.
Their cakes are also very good, very light & not too heavy, call 1-2 days in advance if you want to order a specific whole cake for a celebration.
Highly recommend their cannoli cake, their pistachio cannolis, their almond flour pistachio cookies & the proscuitto sandwich to name a few!
Catered a 30th birthday party from Nonnina's & was not disappointed. Great selection of party food to choose from. Price matched the quality & quantity of food ordered. Sandwiches & pastries were fresh & delicious right down to each last bite. Eaten at Nonnina's many times as well & always delicious, great service & atmosphere for a smaller space!
Yes Nina more like it! We had the pleasure of meeting Mario, I believe his name is. My wife & I ordered the Porcetta Sandwich, the Italian meats sandwich & an assortment of their desserts. I have to say what a treat! Sandwiches crafted with love & ohhhh ao delicious. Anyone craving an Italian styled sandwich has to visit Nonninas. Do yourself the service. Incredible staff & incredible food! Get going! Get there!
