The spicy chicken sandwich used to be my favorite sandwich in Montreal, until they started using thick chicken cutlets. Please give us the option for thin crispy chicken :) #bringbackspicychickenclassic
An absolute gem of Lachine - from food to staff to ambience. Our favourite local spot for croissants, foccacia pizzas, & of course, the spicy chicken sandwhich. Beyond the great food, the staff is incredibly welcoming - it's a neighbourhood staple for good reason & quite possibly the heart & soul of the area. Highly recommend!

Too busy, ive tried all the sandwhiches except vegetarians & the spicy chicken is to die for, the cannolis are amazing & the zeppoles when in season are the best in MTL
I used to come here almost every weekend for the spicy chicken sandwich - it was my favorite. Unfortunately, the chicken is now much thicker & chewy, which really changes the whole experience. It's a shame, because it used to be such an amazing sandwich.
I really loved the spicy chicken sandwich, however since you started using thicker pieces of chicken I don't like it as much. Please bring back the classic spicy chicken sandwich. 😊
Great sandwiches, delicious cannoli, nicely located near the farmer's market & a small walk from the park, we often get our lunch & have picnics by water. It can be really busy at lunch time, but worth the wait.
I always have the Italian meat sub & it's incredibly filling & yummy. My husband really likes the spicy chicken (the mayo is spicy not really the chicken) & he really loves the Natas (Portuguese custard tart).
I take it back . . . The Caesar salade is what's actually keeps me coming back. 🤌🏼 I had the Canoli Pistachio 🤌🏼

The sandwiches are super good! I recommend the chicken & the sausage ones. Their cookies are amazing - especially the pistachio one!! There's usually a lineup, but it goes fast & you get your food quickly 🤩 💛🥳
Went for a late lunch. Had a chicken cutlet sandwich, cod croquettes, & ordered some cannoli & zeppole for the office. Everything was delicious & fresh. The sandwich was huge & could only finish half! The pizza looked delicious. The service was friendly & efficient. A little on the pricier side but it is good quality & comparable for the west island. Will go again for sure!
I was really disappointed with the sandwiches. Considering the high rating. My partner & I got two different sandwiches (vegetarian & chicken) & they both came cold, & we both had mild food poisoning afterwards. Their Italian sandwiches are really mediocre compared with other places, & really lack flavour & care. The cappuccino was not bad. & the store looks very clean & organized. Just the food that was very so so.
Nonnina's is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is cozy, well-decorated, & welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food is always exceptional & very authentic-using fresh ingredients of amazing quality. A special shout out to the Spicy Chicken Panini & the Paris Brest dessert, so good! The service was just as outstanding as the food; they were always attentive, friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, & made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend visiting Nonnina's for anyone in the mood for amazing Italian food. 5 stars all the way!

What a Gem of an establishment. There isn't a single item we ordered that wasn't perfect. Croissant with ham & cheese will have you reminiscing France, chicken cutlet is the freshest & tastiest I've had in MTL.
Great delicious sandwiches & pastry. Perfect place for a quick bite. The steak & chicken pane are must-try items. The pear almond tart is from another world.
First visit, advertised as a sandwich/coffee shop, went to pick up some pastries for an evening BBQ invitation, & got a spicy chicken cutlet sandwich for lunch. Ummm...it was gross! The first few bites tasted like fish! I had to check the menu to see if they had fish sandwiches on the menu & maybe they had made a mistake, but no they don't. Yuck. Took it apart to double check if it was chicken, & in fact it was. But inedible! At 13.95+tax that's an expensive fail for a lunch sandwich. So unfortunate. Hopefully the pastries we are bringing for the BBQ will be a better hit.
Wow! Nonnina did not disappoint, the focaccia was one of the best I ever had same goes for the spicy chicken panini which was recommended by the kind gentleman who served me. We got some desserts as well, all expertly prepared ; opera cake, carrot cake, salty chocolate & tiramisu. We took our order to go, but they had some tables & the atmosphere was kind nice & calm. Will definitely be back :)
A local recommended this spot to us & we're so glad we went! Amazing food. We got the spicy chicken sandwich (amazing & very large portion) & ricotta thyme focaccia (vegetarian & SO GOOD). We also got the nutella corne (SO GOOD, do not skip this), & a croissant. I also got their cookies to go (they have it in little bags upfront) & those were still so yummy when I ate them 2 days later at home. Coffee was also great!
Delicious spicy chicken cutlet panino, tomato gnocchi & scrumptious pumpkin spice gelato. Awesome counter service & only waited 5 minutes for the food to be ready. Ambience was a touch loud for my liking but apart from that, superb cafe! Will definitely be back!
