Very nice looking restaurant, not particularly spacious but enough space & very clean. Love the overall visual aesthetic of the place. Order system with beeper numbers is really convenient. Staff all seems really friendly, helpful, & respectful.
Great food, mostly sandwiches but a good variety plus delicious pizzas & sides.
Wide assortment of snacks & pastries, all of which look amazing & the few I've tried were delicious.
There's a little side area that serves up drinks, like iced lattes & various coffees.

Great place food is incredible the cashier gave me a good recommendation. Also bought the pistachio log. I'm definitely coming back for pastries. They look yummy

I stopped by this spot for lunch & desserts, & everything was fantastic! The sandwiches were fresh, packed with flavor. The pastries were equally amazing. The oat bar was a nice balance of sweet & hearty. Friendly service & a cozy vibe made the experience even better. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!
A hidden gem in Lachine! The vibe inside it feels like you are in a little busy cafe in Italy, staff is very lovely & you can also buy some of the local italian products.
Their sandwiches are excellent & the pastries are to die for! Highly recommend getting an afogato on a hot day especially since they also make their own gelato.
Their cakes are also very good, very light & not too heavy, call 1-2 days in advance if you want to order a specific whole cake for a celebration.
Highly recommend their cannoli cake, their pistachio cannolis, their almond flour pistachio cookies & the proscuitto sandwich to name a few!
Catered a 30th birthday party from Nonnina's & was not disappointed. Great selection of party food to choose from. Price matched the quality & quantity of food ordered. Sandwiches & pastries were fresh & delicious right down to each last bite. Eaten at Nonnina's many times as well & always delicious, great service & atmosphere for a smaller space!

I love Nonnina! Such a staple in Lachine. Great food, great pastries & great coffee.
They use high quality ingredients & truly authentic Italian flavours!
Best. Since I discovered them while passing by Lachine had to come twice in three days, cause I felt the need to try all of their pastries. Soooo good! Definitely will go every time I'm in Lachine.

I cannot believe this place doesn't have thousands of great reviews! We visiting on Easter Sunday for the first time & it did not disappoint. When a place is packed it's normally a good indication that the food is great & this place was busy! It was Easter so they had many pastry items that they probably don't carry year round but they had soooo many options. Everything looked so good, I wish I would have bought more! We tried their sandwiches, a few pastries & coffee/tea. We loved everything.
If you are looking for an outstanding patisserie/cafe to have breakfast/brunch/lunch, then Nonnina is the place for you.
They have a tremendous selection of coffees, focaccias, made-to-order sandwiches & desserts.
It is largely a self-serve cafe, where you place your order, get a pager to let you know when your food will be ready for pick up at the side counter, then you proceed to the Barrista station to pick up your coffee. After picking up your coffee, you can neither try to find an open table (a bit of a challenge in the winter, when the patio is closed & the open air doors are closed), or wait by the side counter for your pager to buzz.
The fresh sandwiches are huge & delicious.
I had the fresh porcetta sandwich, which kind of resembled a shawarma, with red onions & white sauce in the bottom & topped with a mixture of thinly sliced pork & shredded lettuce.
My wife ordered a Turkey Club & could only finish half of it.
On our way out, we picked up half a dozen pastries for a dinner party that night, all of which were delicious.
The menu is available online but the visuals don't do adequate service to the food.

Best Italian bakery in the area. Everything here is fantastic. Pastries & desserts are very good. Amazing pizza & other foods. Try the steak sandwich, it is amazing. Gelato is also extremely good. You won't regret giving this place a try.
Finally a coffee shop in the neighborhood that has good food, pastries & semi-ok coffee. If I had to give one suggestion, I would recommend to improve the coffee because it's not good at all. Iced or hot. The lady serving the coffee can be quite abrupt & rude as well if you ask her for anything. If I pay almost five dollars for a coffee, you bet I will ask for more cream to drink it the way I actually enjoy it. No need to be low-key upset at a customer for asking modifications.
The sandwiches tasted okay. We've had better. The Parmesan fries didn't really really have a parmesan taste but the dip was good. The pastries were way better than the sandwiches & there are a lot of options so we'd go back for the pastries only.
What a cool find! I have worked in the area for over a year & how come it took me so long to find this gem ? Thankfully, a co worker suggested it today! Everything displayed looked delicious, it was difficult to choose what I wanted. Coffee was great & my mozzarella & basil pizza was too!! Will definitely return to try some delectable pastries very soon!!! Service was friendly & quick!
Always coming out with a belly nice & full from this little gem! Nonnina portions are definitely worth every penny! Moreover, all of their pastries are so fresh & scrumptious, so save room for that dessert. Little fyi, don't feel intimidated by the lunch rush hour line-up, the friendly staff is well organized & they even have a beeper system. 5/5 lunch spot in lachine ! Best part is that they're on uber eats also! Will return soon for another affogato! ☕️🤌🏼
