This is the best Cafe/Sub place in the city of Montreal. The service is excellent, everyone is so kind & friendly, the food is impeccable. I've eaten here several times & each time has been 10/10 for me … Gold mine spot. Great job to everyone who works there

Ce café familial a été une agréable surprise. Les repas, les desserts & les cafés - peu importe votre choix - sont savoureux, frais & remplis de saveurs uniques. Le personnel est chaleureux, souriant & très accueillant, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
L'ambiance du lieu est paisible & conviviale, parfaite pour faire une pause, se détendre & profiter d'un moment de douceur au coeur de la journée. Une adresse à retenir & à revisiter sans hésitation !

This cozy family café was such a nice surprise. Whether it's the food, desserts, or coffee, everything is fresh, tasty, & full of flavor. The staff is friendly & welcoming, & the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax & take a break during the day.

Bémol, je crois qui a pas une seule fois que je suis venu & que le couvercle de mon café etait bien installé. Résultat, moi qui met souvent des chandails blanc…. Vous voyez.
First of all, there is no English menu AT ALL. This is Canada, where the national languages are both English & French so I find this completely unacceptable as an anglophone. Second of all, there is little to no accommodation for food allergies. We tried to order gluten free bread & were told there are no options at all. In 2025??? Unacceptable. There need to be accommodations for popular food allergies at busy cafes in a first-world country such as this. Sandwich was good & came out fast, but I can find places that are more accommodating.
A hidden gem in Lachine! The vibe inside it feels like you are in a little busy cafe in Italy, staff is very lovely & you can also buy some of the local italian products.
Their sandwiches are excellent & the pastries are to die for! Highly recommend getting an afogato on a hot day especially since they also make their own gelato.
Their cakes are also very good, very light & not too heavy, call 1-2 days in advance if you want to order a specific whole cake for a celebration.
Highly recommend their cannoli cake, their pistachio cannolis, their almond flour pistachio cookies & the proscuitto sandwich to name a few!

Hands down un des meilleurs sandwichs de ma vie, prenez le pain focaccia & vous ne le regretterez pas. Il n'y a pas que la nourriture qui est excellente, mais le service est WOW. J'ai oublié de dire que je voulais un pain specifique, perdu ma facture, bref j'ai rendue tout ça chaotique, jamais le serveur n'a perdue patience & a été très gentil! Les dessert & café glacé aussi sont débiles, bref vaut le détour!
Depuis le départ de ce petit café ça était très bon , & la l'évolution de NONNINA est tout simplement fantastique

If you are looking for an outstanding patisserie/cafe to have breakfast/brunch/lunch, then Nonnina is the place for you.
They have a tremendous selection of coffees, focaccias, made-to-order sandwiches & desserts.
It is largely a self-serve cafe, where you place your order, get a pager to let you know when your food will be ready for pick up at the side counter, then you proceed to the Barrista station to pick up your coffee. After picking up your coffee, you can neither try to find an open table (a bit of a challenge in the winter, when the patio is closed & the open air doors are closed), or wait by the side counter for your pager to buzz.
The fresh sandwiches are huge & delicious.
I had the fresh porcetta sandwich, which kind of resembled a shawarma, with red onions & white sauce in the bottom & topped with a mixture of thinly sliced pork & shredded lettuce.
My wife ordered a Turkey Club & could only finish half of it.
On our way out, we picked up half a dozen pastries for a dinner party that night, all of which were delicious.
The menu is available online but the visuals don't do adequate service to the food.
What a great little cafe! The staff is super friendly, & the coffee is delicious, as is the raspberry-lemonade italian soda (a personal fave). The sandwiches are huge, fresh, & so full of flavour. I would definitely recommend visiting this cafe.
La nourriture est extraordinaire! Le staff est généralement convivial & chaleureux, sauf pour le jeune homme tatoué à la caisse qui a le pire air bête du monde entier. Il nous traite avec tellement d'impatience & de condescendance que j'évite d'y aller lorsqu'il est là. Dommage qu'il soit le premier contact que les gens ont avec cet excellent café/resto. Un autre point faible consiste au fait qu'on reçoit la nourriture & les breuvages à deux endroits différents, ce qui est compliqué & stressant quand la place est bondée. Le jeune homme en question a déjà perdu patience avec moi parce que je n'avais pas entendu mon nom quand ils m'ont appelé pour me donner mon café alors que c'était la cacophonie dans le resto...
