Fantastic lounge. friendly & professional staff who even adapted the situation when our booking for 15 expanded to about 18 people. Food was amazing & ambience is second to none for a location so central in Montreal.
Muze makes a great first impression, then falls flat on its face.
I had high hopes as we walked through the neon purple archway into restaurant, being guided to a mostly empty area that was far enough from the DJ to have a conversation.
Everything after that was bad. Service took 15 minutes to start, then another 10 minutes to come back with water. We ordered the hamburger, salmon tartare, & the cheese/charcuterie board. We didn't finish any of the plates. The burger in particular was flavourless & bland.

Moi & mon conjoint avons goûté à la burrata, & à la bavette! C'était excellent avec une belle présentation. Les mocktails étaient délicieux & le service d'Olivia a été impeccable! Mentions spéciale au maître d'hôtel Danny qui nous a super bien accueilli & conseillé! Nous allons clairement y retourner avec notre entourage.
Super décor, mais le service n'était pas à la hauteur de l'endroit & du prix à débourser. Les entrées étaient intéressantes, mais les mets principaux du déjà vu mal exécuté. Les drinks étaient très bien!
I went there for my birthday & the reason I chose this restaurant is because I wanted a rooftop terrasse in Montreal. When I tried calling to make sure we were on the terasse, there was an automated message saying their terasse is heated for cold days & covered for rainy days.
However, we went on a sunny mid-june day & although it got a little chillier at night, there was no rain & weather was great! Terasse was heated which was great to accomodate for the little chilly weather, & it was first uncovered when we arrived, so it was nice to see the clear blue sky. However, not lomg after we areived, they covered it & it felt like we were trapped in a very dark room outside, even though there was no rain! I felt like it kind of ruined our terasse experience, which was the reason we had booked this place in the first place. At this point, it would've been better to even sit inside since at least there would've been more light.
In addition to this, I ordered a burrata for appetizer & specified it was to share with my dad & sister, & i also ordered my main course. The waitress brought everyone's food except mine, & she brought me the burrata I ordered to share. When I tried telling her the burrata was the appetizer & it was supposed to be brought first, she said she had ordered it with the rest, & then got my my main course afterwards, so it was annoying to watch everyone eat there main course while i got mine later. It's as if she brought the burrata as main course & the main course as a dessert. So I had to eat after everyone else finished. It was the first time i see a waitress who didnt understand the concept of appetizer being brought BEFORE main course.
Regarding the food, theburrata was really good but the salmon tartare & salmon burger were really average
Very pricey for the quality of food. Oysters were dried, chicken was dry & unseasoned. I really wanted to like this restaurant but quality of food was not to its reputation.

I went here with 12 friends for my 25th birthday. I'm really grateful they were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. We had a beautiful table on the terrasse. Ambiance was exceptional - full restaurant but not too loud to impede on conversation. The staff was delightful with the exception of one waiter (not ours). I had gotten up to tell her we were finally ready to order after discussion, forgetting that she wasn't our waiter. We were just going to take one plate of every item on the sharing menu (simple as that) so I asked if I could just tell her then & there. She was extremely rude about it, she ordered me to sit down aggressively & gave me an evil stare until I did. I didn't mean any harm or to delay her. I don't think she dealt with that situation professionally. Our cocktails & food were delicious. Everything tasted fresh & it was all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for drinks & sharing menu. Have yet to come back for a meal. I'm intrigued. Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic night at Muze! Food was lovely, drinks were exciting & the service was A1 albeit the staff looking very young. A special shoutout to the manager Dany that took the time to come to our table, check-up on us regularly & answer our many questions about the concept!
I was fairly disappointed with the food, the platter for two especially at the price of 70$, I don't think it's worth it. The only good thing was the fries & the salad. The steak tastes like straight charcoal, the chicken is dry with no seasoning, the sausages taste like normal grocery sausages. The sauce were Tzatziki & a sweet barbecue sauce, not the kind of sauce you want for your steak. I would suggest you get the burger at this point cuz you can't go wrong with a burger. Service was very long for a group of 15, for example : no cutleries, or tissue until after food got served, we were like 5 minutes without having anything to eat our food. We didn't get our orders taken before 30 minutes we sat down, I expect drinks to be atleast ordered & served, some food orders were mixed, the bills at the end were mixed up, everything was just very long. It's a very good place to take pictures, we took some in the hallway or the bathroom! Drinks were good tho & servers & staff were still nice & accommodating admits everything :)
J'ai eu une soirée absolument magique au Muze !! La dernière fois que je suis allé au Muze je n'étais pas convaincu, mais cette-fois-ci c'est une amie qui m'a invité & c'était noir & blanc. Le staff & surtout la personne en charge qui était là, Dany Proulx (oui, je lui ai demandé son nom), nous a fait sentir comme des princesses ! Travaillant moi-même dans le service à la clientèle, les petites attentions & prendre le temps de connaitre ses clients est très important & Dany à coché toutes les cases. J'ai déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite !
J'ai visité à deux reprises le Muze Lounge & Terrasse, une fois où c'était bien en général, mais où il y avait une petite lacune au niveau du service & de l'accueil. J'y suis retourné récemment & j'ai été agréablement surpris par le service impeccable de Dany. J'ai su qu'il était nouveau là-bas & je trouve que c'est un gros plus pour l'établissement. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute savourer un bon martini.

From the moment we arrived, this restaurant exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was absolutely enchanting-elegant yet welcoming, with just the right balance of charm & comfort. We were fortunate to be seated on the stunning terrace, which offered a perfect setting for a relaxed, unforgettable evening.
What truly made the night exceptional was the incredible service. The manager, Dany, went above & beyond in every way. Attentive, thoughtful, & impressively detail-oriented, he made us feel like the evening was crafted just for us. From remembering our preferences to ensuring every course was timed perfectly, their presence elevated the entire experience.
The combination of a serene ambiance, beautiful setting, outstanding service, & reasonable pricing created a truly special night. This is the kind of place you'll want to return to-where the experience stays with you long after the evening ends.

Space & atmosphere are 10/10. Great view outdoor & decor indoors. The staff were nice, but could've been a bit more attentive, & the food was decent. The portions don't look like much at first but are actually very filling. One complaint was the bread, it was very hard & crunchy, maybe have a softer option
On a passé un super moment entre copine . Je pense qu'on y retournera. C'est vrai que c'était un peu compliqué pour les places vu qu'on avait réservé . Mais quand on est arrivée on nous a dit que c'était plein & qu'il fallait patienté . Mais au final on a eu accès & on a pu profiter de notre soirée . Merci
Pour la première fois je suis allé a Muze Lounge &Terrasse. Très impressionné par la place super beau, cozy, musique superbe, le personnage magnifique accueillant, sur la terrasse j'avais peur d'avoir froid avec mon amie mais il y a le chauffage donc sa te met plus a laise. Belle atmosphère j'ai vraiment adoré & j eu une belle impression 😍🙌 La seul chose c'est les prix..pour un cocktail c 21$ plus taxes ce que j'ai trouvé super cher. Le cocktail le plus cher que jai vue de ma vie dans un lounge cetait 18$ comprensible... donc j finalement pris du rosé a 19$ cetait super bon! Malheureusement je n'ai pas pi gouter au cocktail & moi j'adore ca. Si non la nourriture incroyable! Aussi un peu trop cher mais bon...LES FRITES GUYSS !!!! #1 sont incroyable! Entka je recommande a 100% 💯
