Tres belle ambiance, j'ai adoré le service aussi javais jeremie comme serveur très aimable a l'attention de sa clientèle il ma bien fais rire ! La nourriture & le cocktail tres bon & vous attendez pas une éternité! A recommander !
Pour l'ambiance sur la terrasse, ce restaurant est fantastique. Nous avons également reçu un excellent service d'Olivia. Rien à redire. & Pour ce qui est des plats, ceux-ci mériteraient d'être retravaillés. La nourriture était correct, sans plus. Nous étions 4 à tables. Les côtelettes d'agneau était fade & plutôt maigrichonnes. Tartare de saumon plutôt fade & idem pour le burger. Considérant le choix limité au menu, on s'attend à des plats maîtrisés.

I took the salmon tartare dish, which was 32$. I asked if I could change the fries by fries with Parmesan & truffle mayo. She said yes no worries it will be like 5 or 6. She charges me 9$ for... basically Parmesan & mayo.
She did not even come back to let me know it was higher than she expected so that I could make my own décision.
Very generous 2.. Service was slow, & by slow I mean insufferably so. During the four hours I was there I was served water three times & mind you, the cups are very small- I was not drinking anything else & the server knew that. The place is beautiful, I can't deny that, but the price of *everything* is exorbitant, 20$+ for any cocktails, 15$+ for mocktails ?? & the food was alright at best, the only positive point I can find to this place was the chocolate cake.

Our server Danya (I hope I spelled it right) was delightful & would recommend going to this terrace solely from her hospitality. 5 star service & drinks I'm going back tonight!
The music was too loud , i ordered the quinoa salad as appetizer, it was huge, not appealingly presented & was tasteless. I ordered the vegan cauliflower entree which was pretty bland & quite disappointing.
My partner had the Mediterranean rolls for appetizer which were mediocre at best but his burger entree was quite good. Overall I left very dissatisfied & disappointed especially considering how expensive it was.
Kind of ruined my last evening in Montreal as I do love good food & this was really not good at all.

Danny & Anais nous ont servi tout au long de la soirée avec brio. Patients, disponibles, ils ont même été assez gentils pour prendre & reprendre nos photos de groupe. Superbe terrasse. La distribution de couvertures est une belle attention

Nice spot for a terrace in Montreal. The food was good & the portions were actually decent compared to what you usually get on terrasses. The oysters were on the smaller side though. The ambience was okay for a weekday.
The atmosphere & the sitting is nice & probably the biggest attraction to the place. The food was average but the burger & fries were above average in my opinion. So if anything, go with the burger & nothing else.
L'ambiance au Muze Lounge & Terrasse était vraiment wow - le décor & l'atmosphère étaient parfaits pour une soirée entre amis. Nous avions réservé pour 4 & avons finalement été 8, & l'équipe nous a gentiment accommodés rapidement, ce qui a été très apprécié. En plus, nos cocktails nous ont été offerts, un beau geste compte tenu de notre soirée.
Malheureusement, l'expérience côté service a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avons attendu 3 heures pour nos plats principaux… qui ne sont jamais arrivés. Juste pour avoir de l'eau & les cocktails, il a fallu attendre 2 heures. Nous avons aussi eu les menus devant nous toute la soirée.
Nous avions commandé une bouteille qui n'est jamais venue, & malgré notre patience, nous n'avons reçu aucune vraie explication ou suivi. À un moment, on est venu nous dire que notre serveur était nouveau - ce que nous avons totalement compris - mais il était évident qu'il n'a reçu aucune aide de la part de l'équipe, ce qu'on a trouvé franchement ordinaire pour un établissement de ce calibre.
Quant à la nourriture : les entrées étaient correctes mais clairement pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.
Bref, une soirée en demi-teinte : un endroit magnifique avec du potentiel, mais un service & une organisation qui laissent vraiment à désirer.
We went to Muze with high expectations due to the location, the pictures of the food & the decor. However, we got there & were really disappointed by the service. We had to ask for menus & were not checked up on by the waiter. We ordered drinks, a starter & main courses. We waited over 45 minutes for the main courses without getting an update from the waiter. We had to get up & ask for someone to get our waiter. 20 minutes later, we decided to pay & leave because the food was still nowhere to be found just like the waiter. We don't recommend you go there unless you have a lot of patience & time to spend.
