About us

Mundo Trattoria was born from a shared dream between two families - and today, it’s carried on by lifelong friends Johnny and Julian, whose fathers originally opened the restaurant together. Rooted in tradition and fueled by passion, they’ve kept the essence of a true Italian trattoria alive right here in Kirkland.

From fresh handmade pastas to tender veal and seasonal seafood, each dish reflects the flavors of Italy and the care that comes with being family-owned. To be quite honest, the food is usually excellent. I've been eating at Mundo for years. Last night we were a group of 4 & waiting 2 hrs for a mediocre plate of pasta. Not too impressed!

Nourriture excellente, service ok, le serveur était génial mais nous a oublié quelques fois & le chanteur était un peu intense (table de plusieurs dames à côté de nous, elles en ont eu pour leur argent!). Nous retournerons définitivement manger chez Mundo!

Menu complètement changé dommage car c'était notre resto préférer moins de fruits de Mer dans mon Linguini & ont nous a servi des taoste au lieu du pain jamais vue ça avant & une carte de vin très réduit nous avons été déçu pour la première fois Dommage

I've always loved the food & the service is amazing, but, though he's good, I could do without the singer. At times you have to shout to the other person. If I had know there was a singer, I would've reserved elsewhere. Not a place to have an intimate conversation unfortunately.

Great food, great entertainment. Went for a work function on a Saturday. Food & service were great. The entertainment was great too. Highly recommend for an out of ordinary experience!
