We are now located in a new strip mall at the corner of boulevard St-Charles and Highway 40 called Piazza Azzurri. Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine at Mundo Trattoria right in Montreal. Highly recommended Italian flare. Loved the beets with goat cheese & pistachios appetizer.
We dined on veal scallopini, salmon & beef cheeks were very tender.

Great food & staff. Service a bit slower that night because of a very large group.
Tip: if you see a large group in the restaurant & they are just settling down, rush to place your order & then take your tie to enjoy the evening.
via LibroSadly, due to major Hydro Power Failure, we had to make alternate arrangements. Johnny from Mundo did call back later on the day stating power had been reinstated & they were going to be able to accommodate the special celebration which was fantastic of him. We couldn't cancel other arrangements so , sadly, we did miss out on what was sure to be a very pleasant event with Johnny at Mundo. We will definitly be back for a great meal as usual. Thanks Johnny.
