I usually enjoy buying puffs from this branch & have always appreciated the quality. Unfortunately, my recent experience was less pleasant. The person who mentioned being the manager did not seem very welcoming when taking my order & answered our questions in a way that felt dismissive.
I believe a warmer attitude toward customers would make a big difference. If the branch is too busy during peak hours, perhaps having additional staff could help ease the pressure.
Even though this branch is the closest to my place, I may consider visiting another location in the future.
