Funky old building. For a place with poutine in the title, it was quite meh. & expensive for our meal vs the quality. Smoked meat sandwich tasted okay but it was very small for the price. Hot dog was just a steamer but on a nice bun. Poutine portions were good, but the taste wasn't great.Voir plus
When visiting Montreal, I was told to try your famous dish poutine. Therefore I visited this specific spot just for the poutine. To be honest, it was a very savory dish. I did like it though, but I'm not a big fan of it. Follow me for more on Instagram @naturalhaitraveleVoir plus
Best smoke meat sandwich, I liked it better than Schwarz!!Voir plus
Not crowded with air conditioning! Their poutine & deli sandwiches are pretty good. The only down side is they don't serve water at all, so if you're thirsty you kind of have to order a drink.
Its in a great & convenient spot. Got the poutine, found it extremely underwhelming.Voir plus
**Location & Atmosphere:** The restaurant is conveniently located near Old Port & typically has minimal wait times. You can choose to dine on the terrace/open area, or indoors. **Food Quality & Pricing:** The food quality is average. The poutine is overly salty to my taste(this is my personal opinion some might find it normal), & the portion sizes are modest for the price. **Water Policy:** A significant drawback is that the restaurant does not offer regular tap water; instead, customers are required to purchase bottled water. This is quite unusual & inconvenient compared to other restaurants in Canada. **Overall Experience:** Despite this issue, it remains a decent option if you're in Old Port & want a hassle-free spot for poutine.Voir plus
Guys this is the only place in Montréal where you need to pay for water. Cheapest owner in Mtl 😂 at least you made me laugh, thank you.Voir plus
Great place in old town Montréal for some tasty Poutine! Nicely sized portions & interesting variations on the provincial Québecois classic. Other offerings also available who do not wish to order Poutine! Nice interior courtyard setting!Voir plus
Everything was great! Great atmosphere, excellent poutine. They even charged my phone! Not high end but just perfect for poutine!Voir plus
They refused to serve tap water, something like that never happened to me before in Montreal. Food also had no taste. Waitress & atmosphere were goodVoir plus
Love this place every time Iam in Montreal. If you can get a dining spot in the court yard in the summer I highly recommend. Priced well especially for downtownVoir plus
NO TAP WATER served, shame on the owners, this is supposed to be a family restaurant, not a high end bar I should have read the reviews carefully, I didn't think poutine would be at risk of tasting bland or a shop specializing in it would turn out a poor version. FRIED onions apparently means wet onions as per my picture. The Montreal smoked meat sandwich looked pathetic, I could put out a better version getting my ingredients from Safeway in BC... I'd be okay with all this if the prices were cheap but they're definitely not especially when it's $4 for a 500ml of Esker water.Voir plus
