Pour le positif :
Les plats sont bien garnis & c'est correct pour le goût mais on trouve facilement meilleur ailleurs.
En négatif :
Le seul restaurant qui n'apporte pas de l'eau en arrivant & qui refuse de servir de l'eau en carafe. Pour avoir de l'eau il faut prendre une bouteille de 50cl a 4$. Le service est en dessous des autres restaurant que j'ai déjà pu faire dans la même rue .
Même si on mange en terrasse intérieur le cadre est plutôt froid.
La salade était bonne mais bon quand c'était écrit une salade de légume & dans l'assiette il y avait de la salade , des morceaux de de tomates & poivrons & c'est tout. Le tout noyé dans la sauce .
La sauce de la poutine est moyenne.
Pour terminer que l'on soit deux ou quatre la table fait la même taille . & quand on demande si on peut rapprocher 2 tables de deux la réponse est non .
Pas de wifi & pour voir la carte il faut scanner le QR code.
On a vu des groupes de 4 partir car il ne restait que des tables de deux mais le serveur ne voulait pas bouger les tables . En gros il préfère avoir des tables de 2 vides plutôt que d'accepter 4 personnes & bouger les tables. Je ne recommande pas de restaurant , & je conseille plutôt d'aller au jardin Nelson qui est juste à côté & le cadre est superbeView more

Tried the poutine which was good. The sauce was excellent. Fries were ok. But overall one of the better poutines I have had in the city. Also tried the smoke meat platter. Smoke meat was ok. Nothing special. I think what bothered us the most is the WATERED DOWN sangria. $35 for pitcher that has so little actual alcohol. Made it feel like a tourist trap & we live in Montreal. We wouldn't go back.
Service was efficient. Tables are soooo small for 4 people it's ridiculous. Not comfortable to sit, eat & enjoy.View more

Overall, pretty good. Portion sizes were decent which is to be expected considering it's $18 just for a regular poutine. One thing to note: they don't offer tap water, we had to buy a bottle of water which always leaves a bad impression for me personally. Costs nothing to offer tap water.View more

Poutine was good, not overly salty. The service could be better. Although there were several staff, & all were pleasant, none were attentive. It took quite some time for us to finally get the bill, & only after one of us got up to directly ask for it.View more

My family were in a rush, we had a layover of one day in Montreal & really wanted to try poutine. the restaurant was very busy, but our waitress Kamili accommodated us very quickly & with amazing service, with the halal recommendations . The poutine was a delicious. We will love to return when we have more time.View more

Amazing restaurant. First time eating poutine it was so good & delicious its the first dish I finish first before eating the burger. The beer that they recommended hit the spot when eating the burger. When I come back to Montreal I'll be coming back for more.View more

Terrasse extérieur c'est ok mais mettons qu'a ce moment le planché avait besoin d'un bon lavage . Ce n'est pas ultra propre & les table le bois utilisé n'est pas fait pour l'extérieur il ondule & pas tres chic.
A par cela , le service est bien la vitesse aussi. Je déplaure le fait que il n'y a qu'un seul format de poutine disponible .View more

My first poutine in Canada. It was what I expected. It went well with the Sterling Chardonnay on the menu.
We enjoyed the smoked meat sandwich also. We split two plates, had a pop & 9oz wine.

Poutine was not good (fries were cold, gravy was unseasoned) & the service was terrible. We had to ask for water three times. We were never checked on during our meal, literally had to keep flagging down the hostess to come to our table & find our waiter. Way overpriced for the quality of the food - Modavie is down the street & has much better poutine for half the price!View more

This is the spot right here! I cannot travel to Montréal without a visit to Montréal Poutine. This was my first time visiting my fav poutine spot in Montreal during the winter season. We sat upstairs & loved it. This spot provides such a welcoming energy with wonderful staff & some good music. The music's on point as it brings you back to what some of us would consider back-in-the-day tunes from - Cindy Lauper, Boy George, George Michael (RIP), Prince (RIP), Duran Duran, & Madonna, to name a few. The ones you just find yourself singing along to. Our entire table sang a couple of times - I caught them! 😂 . My partner ordered a hot dog with his poutine one, of my friends ordered a burger, & the rest of us ordered different poutines. No one was disappointed- yessss! The worst is when you big up a restaurant & your peeps are like, next! That is not the case here at Montréal Poutine because the food is on point! Best poutine in Montréal, in my humble opinion. This visit on March 5th was great, & our server (the young man who had the Jordan's on) was lovely - you would swear we knew him. But nah, just a nice human. If you have the chance to visit, please do. The vibe in the summer is even better!!! Something special about this space. If you don't believe me, make space & time for a visit!
