Cette succursale est vraiment décevante par rapport à d'autres. La nourriture ne goûte pas aussi bonne bien qu'on prenne la même chose, les sauces sont différentes ou manquantes. Le personnel utilise leur téléphone au comptoir & parlent forts, sans oublier la musique qu'ils mettaient sur leur speaker... on ne s'entendait même pas parler dans la salle. La salle d'ailleurs, était tellement sale, je n'étais pas à l'aise de manger sur place. Le plateau qu'on m'a donné avait un restant de sauce dessous, c'était écoeurant.
Le personnel de cette succursale devrait plutôt se concentrer sur la qualité de leur restaurant & du service plutôt que de parler de leur fin de semaine & être sur leur téléphone devant les clients. Passez votre chemin si vous ne voulez pas être déçu ou allez encourager une autre succursale avec un personnel plus accueillant & une salle plus propre.
WRONG FOOD + HUMILIATED.
Ordered TO GO chicken piripiri without any spice sauce, no beans, no white sauce. Advised staff I have allergies & I can NOT eat the spicy sauce. I did tip my order, different then the big group that were there. My order came wrong, SUPER SPICY, it probably got mixed with the big group order. Untill that moment, I wasn't upset, mistakes can happen.
Returned to the store with my wrong order to have the cashier REFUSE the food exchange & mock me! Laughing with the cook staff in other language. I raised my voice & directing myself to the staff she (the cashier) was talking to & making fun of me, I said'this is unacceptable behavior. It is NOT like I want free food, I only want what I ordered: a food I could eat, not super spicy!! I have allergies! What is your problem?! Why are you in the back making fun of me in other language right on my face? I am literally right here!'
The men that was at the grill, the one I direct myself, told her to make me a new one. She was relutant, he pointed at the food counter & spoke other language, she then started making me a new one but she made sure to fill it with beans & put the white sauce & everything I told her previously I did not ordered/wanted.
It was my second time coming here. McDonald's staff have better behavior & customer service. The way the cashier behaved I am sure she is friend/family of the owner.

One of the best poutine in Montreal. I can never look at poutine the same again, Monteiro raised the bar. The mix of sauces are crazy good, fries are nice, the cheese is chonky & the chicken mmmm chickn.., & the cilantro yooooo let's go.
Spicy or medium adds a lot, mild & bbq are a bit lacking in comparison but still a fantastic poutine.
On était partis pour manger au burger king non loin de là.
La curiosité nous a pris d'essayer cette enseigne, en passant devant.
Grand bien nous a pris, la carte est succinte maís les mets sont excellents.
C'est du poulet fait par ceux qui aiment le poulet !
J'ai pris l'hamburger. Il tient bien en main, il est consistant, la sauce est délicieuse & que dire du poulet (fumé, braisé).
Les enfants ont pris les ailes & pilons, rien à redire.
On n'a pas laissé une miette.
& les frites sont excellentes (il me semble qu'il y a une pointe d'ail avec & ça relève super bien le goût). Elles n'ont pas l'air de frites de fast food.
On vit en France, il n'y a pas de Monteiro 😥. On a regardé le site & on a presque envie d'ouvrir une franchise rien que pour l'exporter en France ! ❤?
Peu de monde, je ne comprends pas. Ce n'est pas grand mais la déco est agréable. J'ai cru comprendre que l'homme qui a créé cette marque a fait ses armes au marché Jean Talon.
Il y a de nombreux restaurants dans cette rue, mais faîtes y un arrêt !
Ps : la serveuse était très gentille, serviable & souriante.
