It was delicious & plentiful & the staff were super friendly & went above & beyond, I got them confused at the beginning when I saw they were big sandwiches I asked to eat there but have the packaging to take half home to go - long story short ... we sat & waited & our whole order was already packed to go but we wanted to eat there lol - anyways it was excellent very delicious I had the SE02 my date had the Godmother Hero Philly Cheese Steak - OMG THE BEST TASTING SANDWICHES 🥪 I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE & THE WAIT. Now they went above & beyond - they didn't have to, we were already more than satisfied but because there was a tiny mix up in communication at the beginning they surprised us with an amazing Oreo Blondie (brownie with white chocolate/cookie base). I'm sorry I didn't take photos of the sandwiches I was more into our conversation & then we quickly devoured them. But... I did get a great photo of the dessert I brought home.View more

Very impressive the flavour profiles of the sandwiches are quite unique. I haven't been wowed in a while. The sandwich texture & mouthfeel is what I think all sandwiches should be, but the combinations are completely original. Also the they're huge but not messy & well filled. The brownie Oreo was delicious. Also staff were very nice & the design/layout was pleasing.View more

We just love MONO MTL... Their food is just absolutely delicious, we tried the new burrata sandwich last Sunday & it was so fresh, tasteful & well balanced out, simply delicious! We find every sandwich that we try very good especially the quality & taste & planning on trying their Portugese chicken soon. What makes Mono stand out is their top notch service. When I was pregnant I went in & got offered a brownie on the house as a surprise which was so thoughtful (they just started out at that time) now I brought my 1 year old son for the first time & we wanted to order the soup for him on the side but they told us it had chili in it which could make it a little spicy & they offered to prepare a mini plate for him & it came with tomato, some of their homemade fries, mozzarella, avocado & again that was just so sweet & thoughtful. It shows how they truly care about their clients even the youngest ones & go the extra unexpected mile to put a smile on their customers faces. We also took Tiramisu to bring home & a warm chai latte for on the way both were amazing! Thanks for always being so creative putting new sandwiches on the menu, best ones in town!View more

I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food & service. The service was friendly, efficient, & warm. There are vegetarian options for both cold & hot sandwiches. I tried the hot half Falafel sandwich combo with fries. The sandwich, right down the the bread was amazing as were the home fries. It is quite filling & may even be enough to serve two for lunch. The espresso allongé was bold & paired well with the sandwich. We saw a discount option for 10 off sandwiches with a beer. The cafe restaurant has a nice environment to work in, but we were a bit unsure if it would be acceptable as no other patrons appeared to come for that purpose. We will be back to try more menu items!View more

We just randomly peak one store after visited the fine art museum & it was surprisingly good. We ordered the one with beef tongue & it was very juicy. All sandwiches come with 9 inch & cut in half, which is desirable for two people share one.View more

Had a delicious latte & the Lucie & Mom, & Paparazzi. Both were exceptional! Latte is traditional & really comforting, with a slightly darker flavor. We stopped in for lunch while in town for the day. It's a bit hard to spot from the street but definitely worth seeking out. Both our meals were delicious & we're still talking about the bread & freshness of ingredients. The flavours made our sandwiches disappear very quickly.
