Le temps d'attente était très long, mais c'est compréhensible compte tenu de la qualité. Par contre, voir le propriétaire se servir de la nourriture & manger dans la cuisine, puis servir les employés ensuite, je trouve ça pas très hygiénique & un manque de professionnalisme. Une des employées a mangé avec les mêmes gants qu'elle utilisait pour préparer les sandwichs, ce qui est aussi un point négatif côté hygiène.
De plus, nous avons dû répéter deux fois notre commande car elle avait été oubliée. Sans parler du prix : 70 $ pour deux sandwichs, une frite & un dessert (un blondie au lotus) qui manquait de goût & de sucre.
Cela dit, les sandwichs étaient vraiment très bons, c'est ce qui sauve un peu l'expérience.View more

We stopped by MONO & tried two of their sandwiches - both were incredibly fresh, flavorful, & satisfying. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside & soft inside, & the meats & veggies were top quality. The presentation was beautiful too, as you can see in the photos. Definitely a must-visit sandwich spot in Montréal. Highly recommend!View more

We had a new menu addition-a focaccia sandwich. & all we can say is'wow!' This thing is massive! Full of delicious ingredients on wonderful focaccia bread, we couldn't get enough of it.
What we love about this place is that it can be a sit-down restaurant, not just a takeout sandwich place. This creates a warm & inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The sandwiches are made with such fresh ingredients, & you can taste it! The bread is baked fresh every day, & it perfectly complements the delicious fillings that taste just like Italy.
The owners are incredibly sweet & welcoming. They truly care about their customers & take pride in their food, which adds a personal touch that you can't find everywhere.
& don't forget to save room for dessert! Their homemade Oreo blondie is a must-try-it's the perfect sweet ending. 🍪✨

Stopped in here to grab a quick lunch with some friends & had a great experience. The had various different ingredient combos to choose from or you could opt to build your own sandwich. We had the hulk, the godfather, & the chicken parm - all of the sandwiches came loaded & left us full (& happy). We sat outside on the patio which was nice to do in the summer but they have AC inside if you are looking to enjoy your sandwich away from the heat. Great place, definitely recommend.View more

Overall experience was weird. We've been said that London fog comes here without milk (sorry?). We ordered a Diego sandwich which is non-spicy & it was full of jalapenos, incredibly spicy. The music is too loud. Update: In reply the owner said that the list of ingredients of Diego sandwich included jalapenos. The ingredients from the official website: "Poulet Grillé- Mozzarella Fondue- Tomate- Cornichons- Laitue- Pestomayo Rouge & Labneh Tzatziki". Lol I don't see any jalapenos here.View more

I'm giving an overall review of a 3 only because we got carry out to eat later & the staff is not willing to do any changes to their menu & WILL NOT put any sauces on the side. You can't even get a side of Mayo or mustard. The cashier did not speak English well so she kept going back to the guys in the kitchen & asking them to translate certain things, which was strange because my boyfriend speaks French but I'm not sure if she spoke French either, maybe she just didn't know how to answer us in general. We were so excited to try this place as we just finished a week in NYC & had some pretty amazing Italian sandwiches there. We visit family in Montreal regularly so we were hoping to put this place on our regular rotation. If your customer tells you they are going to eat the sandwiches later at the airport, when you literally had only one other customer sitting inside, why wouldn't you try to make their experience great? Why do you insist they get the sandwiches as is & allow the sandwich to get soggy & gross? It's a bad reflection on you & your food. If it was busy, I'd understand but not one person was behind us. & we only got 2 sandwiches so how hard is it to put your red pestomayo on the side for the DNA? Or the Tarramayo for the Monster on the side or the vinegar on the side? Ramikins aren't that expensive & your sandwiches aren't cheap so why wouldn't you be a bit flexible & put sauces on the side so your bread & sandwiches aren't wet & soggy if someone can't eat it within 10 minutes of getting it? The flavors were good, this place has potential but a restaurant who thinks their menu can't be adjusted at all because they think it's perfect how they created it is going to end up losing. Your taste isn't everyone's taste & there is no reason why a customer can't add or subtract sauces or items on your sandwiches or at least have a "create your own" option for those who may not like what you put on your sandwiches. Easy fix. Don't be those types of pretentious restaurant owners.View more

Ordered with friends. Picture on website & description did not match. My mistake is that i did not read the description since the Pictures was VERY appealing to me. When i got my sandwich, it matched the description but not the picture. I was a bit disappointed. Good sandwich overall. I believe I got their godfather, & it was good. My only complaint would be the bread isn't amazing - it was a bit tough but nothing major.
