Les avis sur Mon Ami Korean BBQ evoquent globalement une nourriture variee et plutot savoureuse avec des portions genereuses et un bon rapport qualite-prix, avec la possibilite de cuisiner soi meme ou d etre servi et une ambiance agreable. Le service ressort comme le principal point faible, sous-effectif et parfois lent, obligeant les clients a demander de l eau, a recommander des plats et a regler sous pression. Des incidents isolates sur la cuisson, comme du poulet frit cru, ont ete signales mais certains retours mettent en avant un suivi du restaurant et un dedommagement apprecie. La carte propose de bonnes options et des plats a partager, avec des mentions positives sur le bibimbap, le fried chicken et les plats varies, et des cocktails melona apprecies. Dans l ensemble, l experience est appreciee pour la nourriture et l ambiance, et beaucoup envisagent de revenir, mais la constance du service et la gestion du personnel restent a ameliorer.
On est allé le midi, un jour de fin de semaine. Excellent service avec le sourire. La nourriture avait bon goût mais donnait l'impression que c'était du réchauffé, littéralement. Comme si ça avait été préparé la veille, puis réchauffée au air fryer avant de nous être servi. Pour le prix, c'est très décevant. On connaissait les plats commandés parce qu'ils se retrouvent dans plusieurs autres restos coréens à Montréal où on avait déjà mangé exactement la même chose. Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.
We ordered a Korean bbq chicken for takeout, it was dry, hard & with a burnt taste. Although, the owner reached out following my review & offered to rectify the situation, which they did!
C'était un restaurant correct, mais sans plus. Il serait bon de mettre des photos dans le menu équivalentes à ce que l'on reçoit réellement !
Sinon le service était efficace.

We made an online reservation & when we got in , they told us the reservation wasn't valid even with proof of acceptance of the reservation!
We managed to get in but we were rushed & pressed on time for an other reservation ! Also service was ok except for one person who was really rude . When they told us that we had to leave soon , we made a last order & we asked them if it was ok to bring the rest to go which was very small amount of meat about 200gram . I asked them if it was ok & proceed to agree without hesitation. because they were pressing us to leave for the next reservation that never showed up ! Once that one rude waiter pass by & saw the baby container to go with the meat in there, he confronted us about it & saying we were not allowed to bring to go .
I told him the other waitress said it was ok & I also said that we're doing it because they were in a hurry for the next reservation. I had an argument with him trying to force me to pay when i told them I was going to eat it in the restaurant without hesitation which I did ! Very unprofessional & rude we will never comeback there ever again
Went for lunch on Monday. Lunch are not all you can eat, that's for evening. The waitress was very polite & nice, service was excellent. Price for 4 people = around 130 including taxes & tips. Meat well seasoned. April 1. 2024
