Ce restaurant propose une version québécoise du BBQ coréen, mais le résultat n'est pas tout à fait au rendez-vous. La viande est tranchée trop épaisse, le service est sans plus, & l'ensemble manque d'authenticité. C'est malheureusement trop cher payé pour la qualité des produits servis.
Mention spéciale tout de même pour les ailes de poulet, qui sont le meilleur choix du menu. À essayer si vous voulez vous faire votre propre idée, mais ne vous attendez pas à un vrai voyage culinaire.
To spare someone else the bad experience let me share mine. My fiancé & I went to this restaurant last night. Our waitress was extremely sweet & attentive to us but the lighting was so dim we could hardly see the meat we were cooking. I like to see my food & especially when I'm cooking it myself at the table to know if it's done. We asked if it was possible to turn the lights up a bit more & she was very nice about it. They turned the lights up & then turned them down again shortly after saying a customer at another table said he wants it to be more dim. I don't understand how you can have dim lighting to cook meat. Very odd & made the experience stressful & not fun. The vents at the table hardly did anything as the grill got very dirty & crusty from the cooked meat after the first few minutes. On top of that when we sat down it looked like the grill was dirty & crusty with burnt bits & they said it was cleaned.. should have just left at that point but wanted to give it a chance we love Korean bbq. Very disappointed. The food was extremely mediocre. Didn't feel fresh at all. The place itself felt dirty & smelled like burnt grills. The ventilation isn't good/ fan at the table hardly did anything. No explanation for how long to cook each type of meat, no changing of grills throughout no oiling. No atmosphere in there I can't even tell you if there was music on or anything it was just dark & gloomy. Everything felt like it tasted bland. Definitely would not go back.
Je ne suis vraiment pas difficile & pourtant 90% de ce qu'on a mangé était médiocre ou d'une texture douteuse. On a demandé un pichet d'eau & ça a pris ~1h avant d'avoir un nouveau pichet. Ce n'est pas mon premier BBQ coréen mais c'est définitivement mon pire. Les choix sont répétitifs & limités. Les viandes sont généralement mal épicées ou sans épices... Je vous conseille le boeuf mais autrement que ça je vous conseille surtout d'éviter d'aller là car le prix n'en vaut pas la chandelle.

La nouriture étais pas tres bonne sa ne goute pas le buffet Coréen malheureusement & la viande santai mauvaise ( porc) il etait limite pu bon .... tres decu de ce restaurant ( le meilleur cest lui a brossard ( coreen bbq )
On a du attendre 10 minuite pour avoir des utensils on nous avait oublier les fille étais gentille mais la nouriture pas bonne
It was our first time trying Korean BBQ & we were very disappointed, the food was mediocre & flavorless, items from our order got forgotten, we had to ask several times for them & finally it was the bus boy / food runner that got them for us. The service was not impressive, not once did we get asked if everything was ok. We had high hopes but sadly we will never be returning here...not to mention we smelled horrible walking out of there.
On était a ami K BBQ a notre arrivée il y avait pas de place on nous a demandé d attendre jusque la pas de problème mais a ma grande surprise tous ceux qui sont arrivés derrière nous la serveuse les faisait entrer , jai du me plaindre a une autre serveuse pour qu'on nous fasse entrer & une fois assise avoir la carte menu c'était une autre bataille on devait courrir après la serveuse. Excusez moi mais j'espère que ce nest pas du racisme car nous demandé d attendre & ensuite nous ignorer en faisant entrer des personnes derrière nous ca ma tellement choqué. & je ne reviendrai plus .
I've been wanting to try this spot with my fiancée, & this evening we went for our first time.
As we arrived, nobody came to welcome us despite a reservation so we just sat on an empty table. The waitress asked us to get back up & go to the entrance so she can seat us on the other side (this was a bit awkward of a response), but we did & were sat eventually elsewhere.
We ordered through the QR code, & waited 25 minutes for our first set of order, & the rest came after another 15 minutes. Let's just say the service was extremely slow & our patience was tested. We even called her a few times as she passed by but she would ignore us then come back to us after some time. I believe she was stressed working alone on a nearly full capacity restaurant. I think the management should have had at least 2-3 waitresses working in parallel as I've also heard other tables unhappy. I was going to give no tips for this service but I gave her 15% because she was honest. I wouldn't come back, there are far better Korean BBQ spots in town that have quick service, & the food here wasn't unique.
Nous avions une réservation. À notre arrivée, nous sommes restés debout quelques minutes à attendre qu'on vienne nous accueillir & nous installer. Pendant ce temps, la serveuse nettoyait des tables au lieu de venir nous voir, alors qu'elle nous voyait clairement attendre. Après environ 5 minutes, mon fiancé & moi avons décidé de nous asseoir à une table libre.
À ce moment-là, la serveuse est venue nous demander de nous lever & de continuer à attendre afin qu'elle puisse nous attribuer une table, alors que le restaurant n'était pas complet & que plusieurs tables étaient vides. La façon dont elle nous a demandé de nous lever ne m'a vraiment pas plu. Par la suite, elle nous a expliqué qu'elle travaillait seule, ce qui, selon moi, n'est pas normal pendant les heures de pointe.
Étant un BBQ coréen, nous cuisinons nous-mêmes la viande & les légumes, & malgré cela, l'attente pour recevoir la nourriture était très longue.
Je donne 3 étoiles pour ne pas être trop sévère. Je comprends qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule serveuse & cela m'a fait de la peine pour elle, mais l'attente a vraiment été excessive.
Je ne penserais pas y revenir un autre jours
I was excited to try the new Mon Ami BBQ in Delson, but I left really disappointed.
The chicken was extremely dry & tough, although the sauce itself was good.
What surprised me even more was the service. When the server brought the dishes, I asked which menu item was which, & the only response I got was'I don't know' before she walked away. It was honestly shocking.
