I've ordered here multiple times & usually get an iced Matcha size Venti. Because of health reasons, I specifically ask for less ice. If needed, they can simply add cold water. I even paid extra for additional matcha powder.

& this is what I received: a cup that was literally half empty. Before anyone assumes otherwise: I had not taken a single sip - the rim clearly showed no sign of use. So I paid $12 for HALF a drink which is in biggest size?

Less ice does NOT mean cut the drink quantity in half. Charging customers extra & then serving something that looks unfinished is honestly ridiculous. This was not a small mistake; this is poor preparation & poor service. Extremely disappointed.

J'ai commandé ici plusieurs fois & je prends habituellement un Matcha glacé Venti. Pour des raisons de santé, je demande moins de glace. Au besoin, ils peuvent simplement ajouter de l'eau froide. J'ai même payé un supplément pour plus de poudre de matcha.

& voilà ce que j'ai reçu : un verre littéralement à moitié vide. Avant qu'on fasse des suppositions : je n'avais même pas pris une seule gorgée - le bord du verre ne montrait aucun signe d'utilisation. Donc j'ai payé 12 $ pour une DEMI-boisson ?

Moins de glace ne veut PAS dire réduire la quantité de moitié. Faire payer des suppléments & servir quelque chose qui semble inachevé est franchement ridicule. Ce n'est pas une petite erreur, c'est une mauvaise préparation & un mauvais service. Extrêmement déçue.

Ordered a matcha on the drive-through & when i opened the cap it wasn't even full. I hadn't even taken a single sip. I paid full price by the way.

Personnel peu souriant, pas de place pour vraiment travailler & aucun employé qui vient nettoyer les petites tables sales alors que nous le demandons poliment.
Je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit

J'y vais presque chaque matin la semaine & je dois dire que le service est toujours impeccable & rapide. Toujours des petits messages. Je veux également souligner particulièrement de Ali, toujours un grand sourire, des yeux pétillants & super poli & aimable 😃 Ça part bien la journée!
