Ordered a matcha on the drive-through & when i opened the cap it wasn't even full. I hadn't even taken a single sip. I paid full price by the way.

Everytime I go there because I like the ice matcha they can never do it right
Today it taste like water
It's not that expensive but I like to enjoy a matcha sometimes & it's disappointing when you half way home & it taste like that.
I'm never going back there since they can't to a matcha I'll need to drive 40 min instead of 18 min.
It's still frustrating but overall the customer service is great.

Love starbucks but the deslon location not so much, for three weeks now they have no cold brew even when a new flavor has just been introduced & wait times are ridiculous, drive thru is on average 10- 15 minutes... I now drive an extra 10 km to go to the laprairie location just because I know I will get what I order.

I always dread going through the drive-thru as there is always a long line up & can take up to 20 minutes.

I guess I got lucky & there was no waiting, placed a mobile order & it was ready to pick up within a few minutes. Service was great.
