Je suis allé au Bubble Tea L2 de Delson avec ma famille & j'ai été très déçu du service. À notre arrivée, les employées semblaient plus occupées à discuter entre elles qu'à servir les clients. Nous avons dû attendre qu'elles terminent leur conversation avant d'être pris en charge, & nous avions vraiment l'impression de les déranger.

J'ai également demandé s'il était possible d'ajouter des perles de tapioca supplémentaires, mais on m'a répondu que ce n'était pas possible parce que « la recette est déjà faite ». C'est pourtant une demande assez courante dans les commerces de bubble tea.

Je comprends qu'il peut y avoir des politiques internes, mais le manque de courtoisie & l'attitude générale ont rendu l'expérience très décevante. Je suis client depuis longtemps, mais après cette visite, je me demande sérieusement si je vais y retourner. J'espère que la direction portera attention au service à la clientèle, car c'est ce qui fait revenir les gens.

The owner was very nice & welcoming. I really loved his service, & I'll definitely come back to support this place. He was also amazing with our baby, which meant a lot to us. You can tell he understands people & is very empathetic toward families. Such a great experience!
