We had been wanting to go to Moishes for a while, & we regret not having tried it sooner. We ordered the 16 oz sirloin, which we shared, along with the homemade fries & polenta. I particularly enjoyed the pickles, coleslaw, & bread served as appetizers. We only wish we had enough appetite left to try a dessert. We will definitely be going back! Not only was the food amazing, but our waiter, Danny, provided some of the best service we've ever had in Montreal. He made our dining experience incredible & made us feel like more than just regular patrons. The steaks were cooked a perfect medium rare & extremely flavourful. Outstanding! We had a reservation for the bar & our server, Danny, was excellent - friendly & attentive. We started with escargot which may have been the best we've had. For dinner, we had the ribeye with creamed spinach & crispy onions - perfection. The sommelier, Rafael, recommended a Bordeaux that paired perfectly. Highly recommend!Voir plus

From start to finish this meal was phenomenal! We started with the lobster tail & arugula salad. For mains we each ordered the New York strip… I had mine charred outside medium inside, it was out of this world!!! Then we shared garlic mashed, some of the most delicious brussel sprouts I've ever had, & mushrooms.
