First time at moishes & really loved the experience. We went for supper, service was outstanding & venue was very nice. Food was very good, we had salads to start (buratta & ceasar) both were delicious. We had the porterhouse which didnt disapoint. Meat is dry aged so there less blood overall which I enjoyed but might be percieved as a bit dry for some. We shared sides as portions are big. Montecarlo potatoes are a must. Only downside was the price, was very expensive so felt more appropriate for corporate accounts vs regulae diners.

Even if you don't & / or refuse to speak English, your staff should be perfectly bilingual like your Anglophone customers who are enjoying an evening & paying the price to be served in their language. They are carnies & belong at the travelling circus. They are told something three times with perfect clarity & annunciation & pronunciation at a reasonable volume & repeat their mistake to you when done. Your GM is ridiculous. You are giving "Moishe" a bad name. The Rib must be throwing a party.

It was my first visit. I used to be a regular at the old Moishe's. I'm mostly disappointed with the co-ed bathrooms. There were a few things missing from the old menu, the only thing that I loved was the old mushroom salad

Wonderful experience! Amazing food & service. If you're looking for a restaurant with great food, contemporary vibe & relaxed fine dining experience Moishes is a perfect choice.

The steak & Montecarlo & fries, delicious like the original Moishes.
The coleslaw was very good but not the original as well as the Millefeuille.
BTW, prepare yourself for $23 Valet parking.
All in all, it was Excellent. Our waiter Trevor was amazing.
I will definitely go back & eat the same thing.

Meilleur restaurant à mon avis. Excellente serveuse,je pense son nom était Valerie. La nourriture était 13/10 nous avons découvert de nouvelle saveurs & c'était très délicieux. Ambiance très cozy

As a frequent visitor to the Original Moishes Resteraunt I found that the ambiance & service was not the same as my wife & I expected . Things will improve I am certain as the staff gets better,we will be back.

Exceptional lunch at the new location. Decor is sophisticated & uncrowded, service was seamless & attentive. Octopus course was divine, the ribeye & filet mignon perfection. Impressive selection of wine by the glass. I will make this a regular stop, a true pleasure.

Well, it seemed that as soon as we paid the bill, we became invisible!
I would think that after dropping a total of 950$ for 3 people, INCLUDING A 20% TIP, that someone would have come by with some tap water at some point!!!
THANK GOD David (the Manager) noticed after like 20 minutes & poured us some water.....

Had a great first experience at the new location. I was trying to get the attention of the waitress & a manager noticed me instead & came right over & ran over to the kitchen & personally handled my request. He went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Details like this are what makes all the difference in my opinion.

It was another excellent evening at Moishes. The sommelier is among the most charming in Montreal. The selection of value-priced Bordeaux continues to amaze me! The Porterhouse was also a thing of beauty. A+++

In my book, service is almost as important as the food. Our server was the quintessential definition of the word ‘server'. Polite, engaging, happy, helpful........if I'm ever back in town & get a chance to dine with you guys again, it won't be the same without her. Yep, she should teach a class in hospitality & should be a part of training your wait staff. Great job all the way around - will recommend, & I hope to be back.
