Amazing time at Moishes! The food was incredible but the service was even better. I wish we had our waiters name so we could shout him out. He was supported by Rumen who was so much fun. Would definitely come back & recommend to anyone in the area.
I've been here a few times, but unfortunately this most recent visit was disappointing.
The service & atmosphere were excellent, & our server was understanding & gracious throughout the evening. Our group of six ordered the tomahawk steak, & that's where the experience went downhill.
Large portions of the steak were simply inedible. They were so tough they were difficult to cut & impossible to enjoy. I understand that even the best restaurants can occasionally have an issue with a particular cut of meat, but at a high-end steakhouse, the quality of the steak should never be in question.
While our server handled the situation well, management's response fell short. They offered us a complimentary side dish but didn't remove anything from the bill to reflect the poor quality of the main item. To make matters worse, we were also charged for fries that we never received.
I know that sometimes things happen that are beyond a restaurant's control. What sets a great restaurant apart is how it responds when they do. Instead of leaving feeling that they made things right, we left feeling that we paid a premium price for a disappointing steak. Had the situation been handled differently, I would have been happy to return. Unfortunately, this experience makes that a much harder decision.

That was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible. Our server would come by & then disappear for 30 minutes at a time, making it very difficult to get any assistance.
The food was also extremely salty, & I barely touched my meal because of it. To make matters worse, they accidentally gave my friend's cake to another table. The manager eventually came over to apologize & offered us complimentary desserts, but I never received mine & no one ever explained why.
I've always liked this restaurant & have had good experiences here in the past, which makes this visit even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the service tonight completely ruined the experience.
Nous sommes allés fêter les 30 ans de ma fille à ce resto. À mon arrivée la serveuse me dit qu'on a pas de réservation, pourtant c'est réservé depuis 1 mois à l'avance. On a même appelé la veille pour savoir si nous pouvions apportez des ballons.....bref on finit par avoir notre table & tout va bien. On a eu un serveur 10/10.... Drôle, charmant & toujours prêt à nous servir. C'est un beau restaurant, la nourriture est ok . En ce qui me concerne, j'ai été déçue par non short ribs mais les autres invités ont été charmés par leur pièce de viande. Je me crois pas que j'y retournerai mais j'ai aimé mon expérience. 🙂 Pour deux personnes 400$ avant pourboire.
Extremely disappointed with the service.
I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance for a special farewell dinner, but we were given the worst table right in front of the kitchen. When we asked to change seats, the staff claimed they were fully booked. However, this was not true. Even when we left, there were multiple large 4-person tables completely empty, & some large booths only had two guests.
To make matters worse, our server rushed us constantly & even mixed up our orders. I am incredibly disappointed by this lack of care & honesty.
Not recommended for a fine dining experience.
