Good day. To be fully honest, the food & ambiance was quite good meeting our expectations, but when it came to the service, there was a huge gap when comparing the old Moishes to the new. Not friendly, not consistent, & even sarcastic at certain points with us, our waitress even asked us to calculate our bill by ourselves at the end when tallying the split amounts between our group. Unfortunately the service left a bad taste in our mouths & fell short of what the Moishes brand used to represent.
A little disorganized at coat check when it was time to leave; although waitress was very nice she made a mistake on one of our orders. Lastly it was a birthday celebration, it would have been nice to get a piece of cake on the house!
Tout était parfait, sauf les prix qui sont sincèrement trop élevés comparés à des restaurants du même calibre. Le problème est encore plus grand avec les choix de vins au verre. Les prix sont tout simplement absurdes.
The food was good, we were a large table, had to send my drink back because it did not taste the same as the first one, overall it was ok, but expected more from a high end restaurant.
Nous avons dû demander par 2 fois de refaire la cuisson de nos steaks. & par deux fois, le serveur nous a fait croire que c'est belle & bien la bonne cuisson.
