Food was good, service was okay, but mostly we waited over 1.5 hours for our food after ordering. I thought the experience would be more friendly & professional since this establishment is an institution.
Great cozy restaurant, had the bone in filet mignon done to perfection. Very nice selection of wines. Details down to the selection of coloured knives.

I had high expectations for Moishes given its reputation, but unfortunately, our experience last night was underwhelming. My boyfriend & I both ordered the New York Strip-mine was the 10oz, & the waiter recommended the 16oz for him, which turned out to be far too much. He only ate half & we asked for it to go-twice. Sadly, the leftover steak never made it back to us, & we were handed the bill without it.
To add to the disappointment, my 10oz steak was nearly half fat, which made the portion feel even smaller. For a restaurant known for its quality, this was not what we expected.
It's a bit frustrating that at an upscale restaurant, you still have to keep an eye on the details yourself instead of simply relaxing & enjoying a good meal. We left disappointed & unfortunately won't be rushing back.

Service un peu agressif, quand nous avons demandé à notre Serveuse de nous conseiller sur les plats, Elle nous a littéralement, répondu « On a pas réinventer le Burger ». Plus tard dans la soirée, nous avions remarqué que les verres à cocktails étaient vraiment très petits, elle nous a dit que « c'est comme ça que l'on sert un espresso martini », alors que nous en avions commandé 3 différentes sortes.
côté cuisine, grosse déception sur le burger : pain sec, viande très peu assaisonnée, manque cruellement de saveurs.
Vu le cadre & le prix, nous nous attendions à un hamburger un peu « Bistro » mais ça ressemblait plus au Burger fast-food.
Le rapport qualité-prix laisse à désirer.
On ne reviendra pas pour ce plat là en tous cas.
Expérience correcte chez Moishes. La salade césar était vraiment délicieuse, bien équilibrée. Le carré d'agneau était bon, sans plus - cuisson maîtrisée, mais rien d'exceptionnel côté goût. Le Hugo Spritz, par contre, était excellent, super rafraîchissant. Le service était bon, attentionné sans être envahissant. Une soirée agréable, mais je m'attendais à un peu plus vu la réputation du resto!
Had the $49 3 course lunch. Definitely the best $49 I've ever spent - magnificent prawns, steak, tartare, creme brullee, & cheescake. Literally can't go wrong for the high quality food you're getting
Nous avions commandé une cote de boeuf & un carré d'agneau. Les cuissons demandées étaient parfaites. Le service était Impeccable, tous les serveurs étaient souriants & attentionnés.
