Great atmosphere & design, service was polite but took about 30-40 minutes to make 1 dish for takeout. The food was delicious but pricey. Would reccommend if you like noodles & can spend 30-50 per person.
Great place ! Loved the braised beef noodle soup. Taste was rich & portion of noodle & meat was generous. I would recommend. However, it would be nice to have more vegetarian options for the soups like miso or vegetable stock base as there is only the tomato soup as vegetarian noodle option.
Excellent food & amazing service! The hand-pulled noodles were authentic, fresh, & perfectly chewy. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We tried the classic beef noodle soup & the dan dan noodles, both were extremely salty. So salty we couldn't finish. Service was good & the atmosphere was nice, but the food was subpar.
Save yourself $30 a serving & grab a pack of ramen from the grocery store.
I'm honestly surprised by the other reviews.
Fantastic food! We went twice in one weekend & had spring rolls, bean jellh (pictured), crispy tofu, meat skewers, soup noodles & dried noodles. Everything was delicious! So happy to have this restaurant open in Tremblant Village.
Such a warm & friendly server! She was very patient with us, & gave us plenty of time to choose our lunch. The noodles were fresh, creamy texture. Very delicious! Fun to cut the looooong noodles with scissors!
Ordered to-go, took maybe 10 min. Fast & friendly service, amazing aroma, delicate noodles & very flavourful broth. Braised beef was tender but substantial, the tofu was nicely textured. Quality ingredients.
The restaurant has nice atmosphere, good service & tasty food. Chicken wings & lamb skewers are well-seasoned, crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. The portion of large classic beef noodles is huge, which has generous amount of beef, flavorful broth & spice level 1 is not hot but pleasantly peppery. We enjoyed the food here.
I was looking forward to dining at this restaurant after hearing so many positive stories about the food. We were staying at the Marriott, & it was only a short walk away. Unfortunately, it was raining that day.
When we arrived, we saw a sign & approached the restaurant. On the way down, there was an open doorway that appeared to be the entrance, so we went in. We were immediately approached by an angry chef who very rudely told us to leave & use the other entrance. Since we were already inside the restaurant & unfamiliar with the layout, a little kindness would have gone a long way. They could easily have allowed us to walk the remaining few steps to the proper entrance.
Instead, we had to go back outside into the rain & enter from the other side. At the very least, they could have kept that door closed or posted a sign directing customers to use the main entrance.
Since we were already there, we decided to stay & ordered their classic beef noodles dish. It was good, but nothing exceptional. The highlight of the experience was our waitress, who was exceptionally kind & welcoming. Interestingly, for such a large restaurant, there were only about eight customers there at around 5:30 p.m.
In the end, I suppose reviews don't always tell the full story. Judge for yourself. It's a pity, because the experience could have been so much better.
