We went twice in one weekend & had spring rolls, bean jellh (pictured), crispy tofu, meat skewers, soup noodles & dried noodles. Everything was delicious! So happy to have this restaurant open in Tremblant Village.
This was a lovely dinner. Sophie was our server & so helpful when we were ordering. My daughter had the Noodle soup with Braised Beef. The broth was so nice & flavourful. I ordered the Dan Dan, which I usually like, but I think they put in too much paste & it was quite salty. I asked for some soup broth & that tamed down the saltiness a bit. Overall, I would definitely eat here again. I almost ordered a large, but lucky I didn't because the regular size was more than enough.
Delicious food & a fantastic dining experience! We ordered the chicken stir fry & soup, & both were excellent. The noodles were especially outstanding - perfectly cooked & full of flavor. Every ingredient blended so well that each bite felt like an explosion of taste. Highly recommended!
Really excellent hand pulled beef noodle soup. I live in nyc & its definitely to the level, felt cleaner than some ive had too. Really excellent. Many variety of noodle i wish i tried the flat!
I also got the kelp salad with extra cilantro which i loved
Belle option pour manger à prix raisonnable dans le village de Tremblant. Soupe goûteuse & nouilles faites à la main.
Loved the beef soup with hand pulled noodles. Got the large with extra classic noodles 🍜 to share. Every also enjoyed watching the noodles get made by hand & whipped around through the glass windows into the kitchen. So far my favorite meal in Mont tremblant - that & poutine of course. I'm coming back for another soup on the same trip & maybe a stir fry.
The restaurant has a great look, but the atmosphere really missed the mark. The lighting was so bright that it felt more like a cafeteria than a cozy dinner spot. The soups were ok, but nothing memorable, though watching the chefs make the noodles was a nice touch. I wouldn't recommend the Dan Dan noodles - the aftertaste was unusual & not very pleasant. Its such a shame that evey new restaurant in Tremblant just doesn't get it..
Overall, as a local, I won't be returning.
