Questioned if the food would be neutered for local taste but happy to say the flavours are authentic & the food was delicious. I got the spiciest option which had a decent amount of spice & was very flavourful. The beef was extremely tender & with the thick round noodles did a great job absorbing the broth.
The restaurant has a great look, but the atmosphere really missed the mark. The lighting was so bright that it felt more like a cafeteria than a cozy dinner spot. The soups were ok, but nothing memorable, though watching the chefs make the noodles was a nice touch. I wouldn't recommend the Dan Dan noodles - the aftertaste was unusual & not very pleasant. Its such a shame that evey new restaurant in Tremblant just doesn't get it..
Overall, as a local, I won't be returning.
Delicious food served piping hot & staff that is knowledgeable about the menu & responsive to requests. Large, satisfying portions & any leftovers packaged with care for takeout. Spotlessly clean facility. No blaring music! Walk ins welcome & reservations only given by exception for large groups. Surprising & welcome find.

A solid, cozy stop for warm comfort food after skiing or hiking. Not the cheapest bowl you'll ever have, but one of the more memorable casual meals in Tremblant
We dined here & was almost immediately greeted with poor service. Once we were seated, we were not greeted by anyone for well over 10 minutes. When we finally were, we put in an order & requested water. Within 10 minutes our bowls were brought with no water which we requested again. My partners bowl did not include 2 toppings so asked for them to be brought as a side instead of it on top. Which we were told it was at the bottom. We showed the server/bus boy? It wasn't & requested the toppings again. After it was brought back we requested for water again & they brought our appetizer instead. My partners bowl was not very good with the broth tasting more like seasoned water while mine was decent at best. Come to the end of service, drinks were never served & we were waiting for our check for over 15 minutes. Paid 80$ for sub-poor. This place was beyond dissapointing for how good it smelled when we walked in.
Les plats étaient délicieux & mon expérience dans ce restaurant a été très positive. Je recommande vivement Mogouyan Nouilles Tirées À La Main Mont-Tremblant. Ça a été une belle découverte & j'y retournerais sans hésiter.
