Mardi soir, nous avons eu la chance d'obtenir deux places au bar dans un restaurant bien rempli. Chaque plat était une réussite, avec une mention spéciale pour le gravlax du jour & le profiterole à l'érable, deux découvertes mémorables. Les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous du début à la fin. Le service était simple & efficace, sans artifices. Seul petit détail : il aurait été apprécié que l'on nous demande notre préférence entre une bouteille d'eau ou de l'eau du robinet. Mais cela n'enlève rien à l'expérience culinaire exceptionnelle.

Parfait. Un mariage de saveurs parfaitement dosé, les noisettes avec les pa^tes onctueuse, le fromage, divin. Aucun faux pas. C'est capricieux d'arriver à cette formule magique, & Lucca y arrive. Bravo. Le prix vaut absolument la peine, & puis, ce n'est pas si pire. 340$ pour 4 avec 1 bouteille de vin, taxes & pourboire, mais nous n'avions pris que 3 entrées & 3 plats à partager, & les cannolis. Certain que je reviens manger ici.
