Decent food but nothing exceptional. Maybe because our lead server was rude & not helpful when we asked questions about the menu. We were there for a special occasion & she spoiled it. We went somewhere else for coffee & dessert to cheer ourselves up.
Dans mon top 10 des meilleurs restaurant de Montréal ! Je ne suis pas normalement attiré vers la cuisine plus italienne, mais le Moccione c'est plus que ça! Qualité, fraicheur, super service & bons vins. J'ai bien aimé pieuvre, calmar & pappardelles. Belle ambiance, pas trop bruyant, beau drinks également!
Pour débuter, excellent service de la part de Michelle, nous avons très bien été conseillés & servis tout au long de la soirée. Le menu dégustation était très diversifié, copieux, si vous êtes du genre à aimer goûter à un peu de tout au restaurant, c'est clairement la meilleure option pour vous :-) & le prix de 55$ par personne me semble plus que raisonnable vu la qualité & quantité des plats reçus ! À deux nous avions 3 entrées à partager (Burrata avec focaccia, Prosciutto vieilli & un plat de pétoncles frits), chacun un plat de pâte, une assiette de saucisse d'agneau à partager, 2 zeppoles & une coupole de glace à la pistache, c'était vraiment parfait !

Grilled Octopus, Beef Carpaccio, Gnocchi, Straccuatella de Bufflonne, Endives, Scallop Crudo . I have to say that towards the ends of our 2023 my fiance & I both agreed that @moccione.restaurant gave us the best meal of the year & our favourite special occasion dinner that we had shared together to date. We can see why this restaurant is so critically acclaimed online with a 4.8 star ranking with over 640+ reviews all claiming as such. I had been meaning to try Moccione for a number of years now finally took the plunge for my partners birthday & we were absolutely blown away. Located on St Denis street this restaurant has a feel of homeyness with a touch of eligance that has a nice & inviting atmosphere. We wanted to get alot of dishes as it was our first time, the staff there were very knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell they've been there a while & stay for the good vibe. We got alot of there traditional staples like the Octopus, Carpaccio & Gnocchi along with some others that will unfortunately be gone one day & replaced with other amazing dishes. Every course was honestly better then the next, leaving us wanting for more in every bite... We got a total of about 8 dishes that night & a couple of delightful & well balanced cocktails that still leave me speechless. The staff from the bar were also so friendly & really creative with there concoction! 😉 All in all a 11/10 FOODGASMIC 💦 would definitely be back asap!
Ambiance décontractée & décor agréable, Moccione confirme plutôt qu'il n'innove sur une scène gastronomique montréalaise fourbue de plusieurs déclinaisons sur le même thème. Restos cools, ambiance cool, service cool & note salée. Cela dit, c'est pas mal délicieux, même si les palourdes aussi étaient salées & mal rincées, du sable sous la dent.
From the moment we were greeted to the very second we left, our impression of Moccione was that it was perfect. Before leaving we were already planning our return. The food was mouthwatering & beautifully presented. I don't remember the last time we had such charming service. Really well done, a must try if you are in Montreal. This may be the best Italian restaurant in the country.

Nice restaurant for a relaxed evening out for dinner. Limited menu options, but everything is very well prepared & delicious. Good wine list. Very good service.
Nous avons passé un superbe moment. Les plats étaient tous délicieux, les portions parfaites le service impeccable! La prochaine fois nous laisserons la place pour un dessert !
