Un must.View more
Great food & services. Burger platter & salad were great price & staff were very politeView more
My mom & dad used to come here back in the day & loved it. They wanted to experience the great food & especially the susy Q fries. Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. Hamburgers are very small, & the meat doesn't hold together. Take one bit, & you lose half of the meat. Took a side salad. Very plain. Nothing special. Coke was flat. I wish I could have experience back in the day, but it seems that Mr Steers was a story from the past. Too bad.View more
View more
Late night food was quite good. We had a club & poutine & a couple Cesar salads.

Other than the curly Q potatoes nit being curly q the hamburger & salad were as good as eveView more
The burgers were *excellent* but neither the fries nor the side salads were anything special. The green salad was fairly average, but give the coleslaw a miss...View more
Newly renovated & expects customers to pay for the work!
What an utter disappointment & letdown!!! Been eating at their establishments (present & previous since 1958 when they began). Wanted to try the newly-designed... "If it ain't broke" - now it is.
Loved the food & all the little extras/eccentricities such as - the pot of dill pickle slices (now no longer on table or free & "Pickles $1.75" on menu, the little shaker of seasoned salt for the dress-your-own-salad (gone), ditto for the garlic powder.
Worst surprise is the Daily Specials, always available till closing now end at 3:00 p.m., making your meal on which now has as separate charges the soft drink & also the potatoes or baked beans. Beans now taste like the cheapest canned versions (were homemade through all the years). This will have been my final visit. I can get better in many places & a finer meal for sure for my $17 before tip! Complaints & comments brought only excuses.
Customers should stay away in droves so these guys get the point that you cannot pull the plug on all that was & hike your prices at the same time!
