I just wanted to say that the service at this place was the best I've experienced in a while!

I ordered a delivery &, when it arrived, there were some problems: the onion rings were missing & the pita ordered without cheese came with cheese. I was expecting the usual response of being told,'It's not our problem' or'We can refund you a small amount', but the person I spoke to on the phone was really nice! They said they would remake the onion rings & the pita & deliver them again.

About 45 minutes later (I was told they were in a rush, so it might take a little longer for my food to arrive), someone who I think was either the owner or an employee of the restaurant knocked on my door. They apologized for the mistakes & said that, as an apology for the wait, they had made two pitas as a gift to thank me for my patience.

It was easily the best service I have received in a long time. They really care about their customers.
