I'm a mcgill student & often study late at night. This cafe is my go-to when im on campus because of the great hours & proximity to school. Their coffee is great, (especially the iced latte) & the interior is super comfy with lots of charging outlets.
A very tasty breakfast, Eggs Benedict with fruits & hot coffee, we enjoyed everything, very nice people, it is a very cute place to have breakfast in a Sunday morning. Definitely we will coming back!
Whether you're looking for a place to work, catch up with friends, or just unwind with a good cup of coffee, Milton B is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!
Overall, it is a good place to hangout with friends & to study. However, an employee approached us in a condescending tone telling us to buy some food. We understand that it is a place where we have to consume to stay in, but his tone & attitude were unpleasant. There are ways to talk to customers. As a reply to the owner, my friends & I come every other day & we BUY something every several hours (matcha, burger, poutine, coffee). So don't tell us that we don't buy stuff if we actually do. There were some people that didn't even buy stuff & were there for hours. Moreover, as I said, there's a way to approach customers in a nice way & asked them to buy more, not the way that your employee came & told us, it was totally disrespectful. As seen in the reviews from other people, we weren't the only ones to feel that way.
First time, it was a great experience. My old friend recommended & invited me to meet & eat. Patio was cool. Food was delicious. 2nd time -- not quite great. Perhaps, it was the late hour ( 11pm ) when I arrived to eat. Unfortunately, only the cafe was open & cold sandwiches were served. Extremely slow order processing that made standing customers annoyed. It said open 24hrs but no menu & no waiters. Abit disappointed. They should add a sign to not confuse people if it's "coffee only" after service after certain hours.

The coffee shop has a nice outside area where you can seat & enjoy the beautiful Montreal. The waitresses are so kind & pay attention to all details when they are getting your order. I will definitely come back.
The service was prompt & friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. Both the latte & coffee were perfectly brewed. The food was fantastic-well cooked & packed with flavor. While I was initially put off by the surrounding area, which had a bit of a rough feel with some visible tagging & signs of homelessness, the atmosphere inside was very relaxing & welcoming. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend!
People, I do not know the name of the guy that made my coffee to give him the credits but, My FREDO CAPPUCCINO WAS A-M-A-Z-I-N-G & probably the best(at least so far) In whole Montréal area! Excellent service & super tasty food & pastries! Definitely going back! Recommended 100%👍👌👍
orderes a sandwich (chicken quesedilla) + an iced coffee for 21$... the food was soggy & the coffee was very far from what's advertised also the staff was not welcoming the bobba looked good tho & the terasse is pretty & clean
