We had high hopes about this place based off Instagram & TikTok mentions but it was very mid. The blt & breakfast sandwich were smothered in some mayo type sauce, the bread was barely toasted, & the bacon was undercooked where it just felt like flabby ham.
The fried chicken had a nice crisp & was cooked well but they didn't season it at all, not even salt & pepper. The pancakes were good & I'm not a huge fan to begin with but even a sprinkle of salt on them would have elevated it. Staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming but the food sadly fell short for us.View more
We waited 20 minutes after being sat & no one coming to see us despite a relatively empty restaurant, so I walked to the counter to ask if we were supposed to order there. The young lady at the register was lovely & sent us the waiter who hadn't noticed our arrival. He proceeded to blandly apologize & have a cold & uninterested attitude the entirety of the service. The food arrived quickly, the chicken sandwich was very good, but the pancakes were flavourless fluff, strangely salty, & slapped on top was a mulch of melted frozen strawberries & sugar (the homemade jam).
Overall, service left to be desired depending on the staff, the food & coffee was meh but alright (I'd skip the pancakes), the atmosphere was very nice & the food arrived quickly!View more
Very cute place to brunch. I was bit disappointed about the fried chicken… The fried chicken didn't have much flavor. Overall the portion are good & the price too.View more
Fried Chicken sandwich was under seasoned & bland. The breakfast potatoes & the coffee was good. The service was slow, we waited over 40m. I think they had a new guys in the kitchen. Overall, for 25$ tax in it is not worth it.View more
We had an unfortunate experience at this cute diner. Slow service & the food was poor. I had pancakes that were flavourless, like eating paste. My husband had fried chicken sandwich. The fried chicken was mostly batter, the oil used to fry the chicken was old, so the chicken had a'burnt' taste to it. We were so looking forward to eating here, but all in all it was very disappointing & we will not return. There are better restaurants to frequent on Wellington.View more
The is a reason there will likely be line up. I literally ate 1/2 of the menu in one sitting. Amazing place to enjoy a great breakfast. I had the Millmans, the pancakes, the grill cheese & fried chicken. All of which are delicious. Highly recommended.View more
Le Millman breakfast was unbelievable!! We shared a pancake at the suggestion of the waitress & it was fluffy inside & crispy around the edges!! The fried chicken sandwich is a must & you have to get the home fries with it because they top them with everything bagel seasoning!! We had a bloody Caesar & mimosa ( well, 3 each!!!) & they were on point!
The 2 servers felt like friends even though it was our first time here & don't even get me started on the cook!!! She was so funny & engaging & I really want to be her friend....so we will just come back!!
Sit at the bar, it is a definite vibe & so fun!!View more
