Plusieurs fois que je passe devant à me dire que j'en entends beaucoup de bien. Malheureusement je sors mitigée sur mon expérience ... j'ai essayé & le pain est bon oui mais il est bon voilà tout. Je sais qu'il est bio & que ça explique certainement une partie du prix mais payer 12 voir 14$ pour un pain que je peux trouver tout aussi bon ailleurs ça fera trop cher pour moi pour en chercher tous les deux jours. Occasionnellement pour un bon pain pour une fête je viendrai mais pour du pain au quotidien ça ne sera pas pour moi.Voir plus

Je ne sais pas pour les bobos qui ont pris d'assaut le quartier Saint-Henri pour le gentrifier, mais pour ma part, payer 6$ une baguette dure & massive ou bien un pain de campagne 12$ (celui aux olives 14...) je trouve cela scandaleux. Au moins si c'était vraiment bon... mais c'est franchement ordinaire.Voir plus

Tasty focaccia, but won't buy a loaf of bread there again because there is no slicer like at other boulangeries! If I'm paying for expensive bread, I'd love to have the option to get it sliced.Voir plus

Beaucoup trop cher pour du pain, même s'il est de qualité: 6$ pour une baguette! (En général c'est autour de 3,50 dans les bonnes boulangeries artisanales). Aussi je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils n'ont pas de trancheuse à pain.Voir plus

Breads are amazing! Wish there was a slicing option, even if it were paid... Sandwiches though... they have an overwhelming amount of dijon mustard. I could not finish my sandwich. There was no balance of flavors, which sucks because the bread part was amazing. The tuna sandwich was supposed to have sun dried tomatoes, but you could barely see/taste them. They really need to rethink their sandwiches formulas.Voir plus

Just moved back from Toronto where we had the best ever sourdough bakery (Black Bird) & we're hoping we could get something close enough. I was very excited to discover Miette which is a stone throw from our new place not only taste just as good but the density of the bread slightly better than BB. I'm not overly upset about the non slicing. Imperfect slices makes it more authentic & artsy sandwiches:-) This bread is A M A Z I N G!!! Staff was friendly when I went so my experience thus far is good on that regard. I wish they opened their doors at 6 am though but that's my only not even a negative. Grateful to have this place in our neighborhood.Voir plus

Le pain est absolument délicieux! Mes préférés: le cannelle raisin, le Khorosan & la baguette. Les pains sont denses, nourrissants & d'une qualité exemplaire. En plus l'accueil est vraiment sympathique!Voir plus
