As someone who used to work in pastry, I really appreciate how clean everything is, you can tell they take care of every detail, even the couche & baskets. The bread is absolutely amazing, & the strawberry & cream focaccia was a standout, the filling was so well balanced & not overly sweet.
We'll definitely be back for more! 🥰Voir plus
Feels like a sanctuary inside & the bread is holy deliciousVoir plus
30$ for a loaf od bread & a focaccia. I don't mind paying this for the best bread there is but this is simply not the case here. The bread is good, but nothing to write home about. In my opinion, the taste does not justify the price at all. I saw the answers of the owner for the reviews saying the same thing, but the quality of the ingredients do not justify their steep prices. In my opinion, a lot of the hype is the result of their great instagram & marketing efforts.
You can find as good & even better at a better price around Montréal for you weekly bread.Voir plus
They have great bread, but this particular visit was about their viral turkey club sandwich.
Don't get me wrong. It was very good. Fabulous balance of ingredients & super fresh. Naturally, the bread was top-notch.
The price though. $25 after tax & tip. For a sandy. I need that under $20 if I'm gonna be a regular. Definitely worth a shot though, just not an every day sandwich.Voir plus
Good sandwhich & good bread, but paired poorly. Bread became very soggy & fell apart. Just swap the bread & 5 stars.Voir plus
A bit on the expensive side but worth it. I have started preordering my sourdough every weekend because they do sell out fast! Love their sandwiches tooVoir plus
Boulangerie haute gamme.
Delicious Sourdough very airy & has a great consistency. Loaf was good size for the price.Voir plus
Olive & walnut loaf was flat & a bit gummy but they were fair & knocked two bucks off the price. Taste was interesting, crumb still holding. Maybe not the best day.
Asked to buy some of their starter, cashier said it was their'closely guarded secret', politely refused. Was advised to ask other bakeries in the area. I wonder if that secret is holding them back. Great baguettes, though!Voir plus
Best sourdough bread in town & the sandwiches are delicious!Voir plus
Great bread similar to the Bread we eat in SwitzerlandVoir plus
Perhaps the greatest sandwich I have ever eaten. Get the club. Their sourdough bread is perfect & everything was so fresh.Voir plus
What a treat! This bakery was next level! My friend & I split a club sandwich & it was heavenly! We had the Dubai chocolate pastry & it was such a treat. Just an amazing place with attentive & friendly staff.Voir plus
The bread is wholesome, fresh, & so so good!!
Loved the French toast, sourdough bread, cheese focaccia & almond blueberry toast.
The store staff were charming & helpful. Must go when in Montreal.Voir plus
Amazing bread! The bakery is so charming & the staff are always so nice :)Voir plus
Quality products but their pricing is clearly an issue.
