WOW ! Quelle belle découverte ! La nourriture est COMPLÈTEMENT EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!!!! TOUT était délicieux. J'a hâte d'y retourner pour essayer d'autres plats. Un très grand merci à Julia, notre serveuse attentive & tellement gentille ! Elle nous a proposé des plats & guidé à travers cette superbe expérience. Une médaille d'or au chef qui a créé des plats originaux avec des produits super frais. SUCCULENT !!!! Tellement heureuse d'avoir ce restaurant pas loin de chez moi qui habite à Prévost. Merci à toute l'équipe & à bientôt.

C'était tout simplement délectable, la nourriture fraiche & appreté avec délicatesse & attention. Le vin, d'une maison privé, tout aussi délicieux.

Quelle belle découverte dans les Laurentides ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la propriétaire, dont la passion est contagieuse. Avec ses explications du menu, nous avions déjà l'eau à la bouche avant même de commander !

Les plats étaient tout simplement excellents, remplis de saveurs & préparés avec soin. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir. L'ambiance est conviviale & chaleureuse, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Bref, un véritable coup de coeur dans les Laurentides que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

A great option for dinner in Saint-Sauveur, we'll definitely be back! We enjoyed 3 small plates to share & liked them all: The tahini eggplant with pomegranate seeds was a nice fusion dish, the nori tacos (salmon tartare) were rich & satisfying to eat (I liked the presentation), & the crevettes croqueantes were perfectly cooked. The only disappointment was the spicy basil strawberry cocktail, not at all spicy & too sweet. The Japan mule on the other hand was tasty. A good amount of veggie, vegan, & GF options for folks too. Recommended for those seeking something a bit different in Saint-Sauveur. Miel & So'ya is refined & relaxed.

Dinner at Miels & Soya in Saint?Sauveur was a quiet standout. The space feels cozy without trying too hard, & the food delivers that comforting, home?style Korean depth you hope for on a cool Laurentians evening. Amongst, two of us we ordered the Crispy Salmon, the Yellowfin tuna tostada, the crunchy tofu, cucumber salad & the special shrimps. The food was very flavorful & we enjoyed the experience of trying multiple different appetizers.
Service is unhurried but attentive, making the whole experience relaxed & genuinely welcoming. A lovely stop if you're craving flavourful, well?executed Korean dishes in the heart of Saint?Sauveur.
