Review Summary

Reviews of Meet Fresh show a mix of admiration for fresh, authentic Taiwanese desserts and some frustration with texture and value. Taro balls and bingsu are praised for their chewiness, bold flavors, and generous portions, with many noting a calm, clean ambiance and a vibe suited for studying or hanging out. The staff are described as friendly and sometimes even thoughtful, such as when a birthday is celebrated. On the downside, some items disappoint, including ice that many say is not shaved ice but crushed ice, uneven fruit in the toppings, chewy tapioca, or a lack of mango and fruit relative to the dessert size, and a few mentions of long wait times and higher prices. The menu's wide range, including strawberry and mango desserts, avocado milk shaved ice, red bean and taro ball combos, and coffee jelly, is repeatedly cited as a strength, with many enjoying sharing portions with friends. Overall, Meet Fresh comes across as a solid late-night dessert spot with bold flavors and big portions, though experiences can vary.

Dessert resto, food caters to Asian taste using exotic fruits/vegetables, price around 8-15$. My friend liked the strawberry dessert

I have mixed feelings about this place, the first time i went I ordered the Super Twin Star which I absolutely loved, it was so good it reminded me of the Halo Mango in the Philippines! We were 4 people eating it & all of us enjoyed it. The problem is that when i went back knowing the Super Twin Star (served with mango snd strawberry) was so big I kindly asked if the served a smaller version of it because i planned on eating it alone. The man said yes but only in strawberry or mango & not both so i told him i would go for the strawberry (strawberry bonsai, which i claimed was the same ) but it was nothing like the Super Twin Star which was s total disappointment. The ingredients are not written anywhere so I ended up with lychee & tapioca which was not indicated & not like what i initially asked for. If i had known I wouldnt have ordered it. I like to know what im eating.

Absolutely amazing Taiwanese shave ice place which lots of options & toppings. We got the Gemini, Cactus (brown sugar & strawberry). The portions are very generous, easily shareable & there are many topping inside the bowls. The service is fast, the place looks nice & is very clean. We loved our 1st experience.

Woah. I was in the area & wanted something a little sweet. I got the Gemini shaved ice & it was yummy! The mango & strawberry gives it a natural sweet, so it isn't overpowering with sweetness. The ice taste like it mixed with condensed milk, or sweet cream...(a few names it's called in the states) give this place a try.

Good spot for Asian desserts. We had the gemini shaved ice (mango & strawberry, pictured), which was not too sweet & obviously generously portioned. We also had the mango paradise (smoothie bowl type, also pictured), which included Asian fruits/sweets & some grapefruit/pomelo pulp. We were the only table when we arrived, but there appeared to have been only one worker taking orders & preparing the plates. She was nonetheless friendly & prepared our order in a timely manner.
