This place doesn't have a simple drink with less than 5 ingredients on the menu & advertises itself as a dessert place yet said desserts are just several items placed on a plate with no effort ; each individual item was disappointing as well.
I even got a drink & asked to have it without coconut jelly, but there was still some pieces of it left in & the drink still tasted of coconut.
Good thing I'm not allergic.

Vous cherchez un endroit pour de bons desserts taiwanais, je vous propose d'aller chez Meet Fresh. C'est ma place favorite @ Mtl pour des desserts taiwanais. Il y a une grande variete de choix, tellement de choix sur les menus 3-4-5 menus plus de 30 choix ... Quoi faire? Vous voulez tout commander ... Toujours bien accueillis & servis par l'equipe de Meet Fresh. Allez faire un tour ou plusieurs visites avec familles & amis! Il existe maintenant un autre surcussale situe dans le Supermarche T&T (Ville St-Laurent pres du Metro Du College Ligne Orange STM) Felicitations @ l'equipe Meet Fresh pour le succes! Bravo!

Ordered the thai milk tea & S9, thai tea taste very artificial, too far from the real one & the platter with square & transparent dessert. I can't say if they are good nor bad, really lack of words to describe. Maybe its just really not for me.

Un dessert exquis. C'était très rafraîchissant. J'ai tellement aimé la glace pilée à la fraise ! Les morceaux de litchi, & la crème glacée vanille se mélangeaient très bien au goût des fraises. J'ai envie de revenir tous les jours !!
I haven't had Meetfresh in many years, & my last time was as a kid in China, where it was super popular & my parents always took me for their tasty desserts.
I ordered the taro ball max because the picture showed a huge portion with all my favorite toppings. But when I got it, I was a little shocked: the whole bowl was basically shaved ice, with only a small amount of toppings in the corners. It didn't look like the photo at all, & I think I expected too much lol (oops). The sweet shaved ice plus boba was just way too sweet for me. (It's my personal opinion, however, if you are a big fan of crumbl then this dessert bowl is not too sweet at all!)
I did like how chewy the taro balls were. But if you don't love shaved ice, you might want to pick something else because this one was so icy it felt like eating a popsicle, haha.
I appreciated that they list the calories for each bowl, which is helpful if you're watching your daily intake. The service was amazing, & the store has a really nice aesthetic. I'll definitely come back to try other items!!!!!
We had a taro icy ball. I guess it's a difference between cultures & nostalgia, but I really didn't find anything interesting about it. Just bowl of ice (not fine like snow), brown sugar & some starch balls. Really bland.
Absolutely loved my visit to Meet Fresh! I ordered Taro Ball #3, & it was really delicious-perfectly chewy taro balls, great texture, & just the right level of sweetness. Everything tasted fresh & authentic, & it was super satisfying without being too heavy. A fantastic spot for Taiwanese desserts.
The store itself was quiet & clean, with people working or studying, which created a calm & comfortable vibe. It has a nice ambiance to enjoy your food with your family or friends. Everything felt fresh & welcoming. Definitely a place I'd come back to again!
