SERVICE!! The quality of the service was amazing, I think the best I have experienced in many years. The team looked very well coordinated & very cohesive. The food arrived in a timely manner, a new water bottle was always place on our table. The food was very good, well seasoned. It is more of a family style serving, each serving is good for about 2 people. The place is cozy, nicely designed & unique. Would be a nice place for a 5-7, date, casual dinning. There is a parking lot & it is indicated that you have to pay, but long story short is actually free. Would definitely recommend!View more

We were a group of 22 people. The staff was very welcoming & nice, the restaurant is beautiful, music was great, & overall it was an amazing experience. We had the group menu family style so we got to taste a lot of different food in a 3 course meal & everything was amazing. If ever you wanted more of a plate you could just order more free of charge. What is also amazing is that the food we didn't eat was put in to go boxes! Would recommend in a heartbeat!View more

Been here twice already within 3 weeks, stellar service, great food & really nice ambiance.
Food is amazing & simple, you know a place is good when the menu is short & not several pages long. I gotta recommend the deviled brussel sprouts, nice crisp & bitter taste with the sauce. Their dessert are very nice & not overly sweet.

Hosted my birthday for a group of 20, the staff was extraordinary & so kind. Highly recommend this resto for any event or dinner you want to plan. I love mckiernan & go very regularly but I wouldn't recommend for big groups. I booked a couple of tables for a big surprise birthday party of about 50 people months in advance & we wanted to take our time in eating & drinking but after 2 hours the waiters started to kick us off the tables because they had another group coming in. It just looked like they wanted to take our money & make us leave. We were a big group & I booked this months in advance & expected them to let us take our time. This place is just the best. We held a surprise party there & the group was for 50 people. The communications with Stephanie beforehand were great. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic. Everybody had such an amazing time. There were many kids in our group & the restaurant is very kid friendly. There was even a foosball table & some of the kids were playing the entire night. Highly recommend & I always look forward to eating there again & again. Beautiful!View more

The lace has a home made type of food vipe. Nothing out of this world fantastic but good food & good drinks. All in all we were all happy & left satisfied. Would recommend this for a nice casual meal with a large gathering. Especially if you are into plate sharing as the plates are shareable. Drinks are good too. Went there for a company dinner & omg, what a feast it was! I generally hate Brussels sprouts but here tried them & they were amazing! Not that bitter, pretty crunchy & somewhat salty from the blue cheese. The burrata was fresh & refreshing, the tartare decent (interestingly served with chicory leaves), the ribs really nice & pretty sweet, & the brownie was awesome! Not that sweet, really chocolatey. The cocktails were pretty tiny but really nice. Huge choice of wines. The service was amazing - very friendly, accommodating & respectful. Totally recommend this place - for a group outing, a romantic dinner or for friends' meeting.View more

Great great food. We took a lot of things on the menu. I strongly recommend the rotisserie chicken, the schnitzel, the brussel sprouts, the salad with pumpkin seads & the pasta with zucchini. All of those were fabulous! French fries were dry & uninteresting. The eggplants were lacking salt & spices. The drinks were ok nothing more to my taste. The restaurant looks very cool, it's friendly & trendy. The staff is very nice & kind. I would go back.View more

Great brunch spot! The pancakes with fresh berries were delicious, as was the sandwich. You get to dine in a beautiful airy space with natural light, lush greenery, & soft chatter filling the air. Will have to come back to try their dinner menu, but all in all recommend! Update: we came back for dinner & still give this place 5 ⭐️! We were a table of five & got to try multiple dishes. Came here for dinner & had a fantastic meal! We got the Moscow mule & Bloody Caesar for drinks. Started the meal with a tomato salad from their daily specials & the zesty Italian beef tartare. The tomato salad had pine nuts, basil & a delightful dressing. The beef tartare was served with endive & so delicious! We got the honey garlic spare ribs, rotisserie chicken Alexandre & fries to share. The spare ribs were so tasty - sweet & sticky. The rotisserie chicken was so good!! The sauce was so savoury - would highly recommend the rotisserie chicken & the beef tartare! The fries were shoe string cut, nicely seasoned & came with a Dijonaise. The staff were all extremely attentive & service was amazing! The restaurant space is so open & spacious. It has a great vibe. The string lights were a nice touch. Went there May 18th 18h00 0 parking spaces available Great big spacious restaurant No air conditioning on the hottest day Great big windows that cooked us while we ate Because we were a group we were served all the same food 6-7 dishes. I liked the noodles, everything else not to my taste. For dessert they put a large plate of donuts! Easy 10/10! As soon as I walked in, i was surprised at how nice beautiful & vast the location was, all open with plants & wood, not your typical small montreal restaurant. Everything on the menu looked amazing & everything we got was delicious. Beef tartare is a must try, the pasta & crudo were specials of the day & also 10/10. They also have a great beer & wine selection. The service was good, our waitress knew the menu super well & was clearly a professional. 100% recommend :)View more
