The beef bibimbap & pork bibimbap were very authentic, & the seafood pancake was good too. The fried chicken was a bit greasy for my taste. Overall, a great place-I'd definitely come back.
J'ai l'habitude de manger dans des restaurants coréens ou de faire des bbq coréens, & vraiment je n'ai pas été déçu! Les plats sont copieux & ça fais du bien niveau rapport qualité/prix.
La serveuse était très gentille & les lieux étaient propres. J'y retournais c'est sûr!

The food was decent but the waitress, unjoo i think? HunJoo? Sorry i can't spell Korean! She was amazing! Super kind, patient & recommended us an amazing dish! She smiled the entire time & she tried her best to accomodate us in french!
Amazing food, amazing prices. Even if the food was only okay, the amount of variety on the plate would have made it memorable & worthwhile - but the quality was also great!
Will definitely be back.

I lived in Korea for about 8years & have learned to enjoy their meals. The first time I eat at this restaurant, I felt like i was in Korea. The taste reminds me of all the meals I eat in while I was in Korea & their hospitality is great. Sometimes practice my korean language when placing an order.... & they are always wow by it & excited to see a foreigner speak their language 😄.
We ordered the Wang Galbi (half) chicken & the Dakgalbi. Both were very delicious & was enough for two people.
The chicken was super juicy & crispy. The sauce was not overly sweet. It tasted in between honey garlic & soy sauce & it did not feel greasy.
The dakgalbi was very hot once served. It was very flavourful. I wish there were more varied ingredients such as potatoes or cabbage just like the ones I've had in Ontario. This one was strictly chicken & rice cakes.
I absolutely love Matjip - I've become obsessed. The spicy stir-fried rice cakes & fried chicken are unreal, & the beef bulgogi bento box tasted amazing. This is my go-to spot when I come home late from work - it just hits the spot every single time. Comfort food done right, full of flavor & always satisfying. Highly recommend!

I am at a loss - we walked in at 8:15 pm on Sunday, January 11th & the place closes at 9 pm. We walked in & were told that we couldn't dine-in, which is fine as we wanted to take out.
We were ordering at the take-out only screen, & the man behind the counter says'oh shit' & then taps the screen to look at our order. Then proceeds to momentarily go to the back & then I ask'is everything okay?' & he says:'we turned off our machines.'
So, basically - we walked in 45 minutes prior to closing & were denied food & service.
Fantastic food have been numerous times now. Friendly staff & the food is delicious. We have tried many dishes & their fried chicken love it all. We will be going back regularly even thought it's a hike for us 30+ min drive. Generous portions excellent food. Plenty of parking
Excellent fried chicken not gready at all & perfectly cooked. All our dishes & appetizers were delicious . We don't live close by but this place though very casual atmosphere has excellent food. Great service, good prices . We ordered a lot of food so even had leftovers for the next day .
Ordered takeout & it was very convenient to order directly through their in-store app. We had the bibimbap & seafood soup. The food was simple & tasted good. A nice spot for a quick lunch during the workday. The waitress was very friendly.
This is some of the best & most consistent food in all of the greater Montreal area! Whenever I swing by the West Island I make sure to stop by & have a bite.
Food was so good. Portions very appropriate based on the price. We mainly went to try their pork bone soup but it wasn't available. Hopefully it comes back.
Great small spot for Korean fried chicken. Shrimp tempura is classic. The noddles were good too but I would definitely come back for the fried chicken. The staff were welcoming & kind as well.
